Someone just grabbed my muse by the arm. They look intent on hurting my muse.
NOW ANYONE who really knew Asahi knew that he wasn’t all that he seems. Many would look at him and think he was a tough, scary even. Yui, on the other hand, knew better then that. The words she would use describe him was simple and to the point. Yes, teddy bear would be the words she would use. So when she was walking along and saw someone grab onto him with a certain intent in her eyes… Well, she got nervous. They looked like they were really going to hurt him.
DID THEY want money, or something like that? He was just in high school, it’s not like he carried a lot of money around nor did he have a lot. But maybe they thought he was older, she assumed that happened a good amount. But she knew him, and it made her mad to see someone looking at him like they were going to hurt him. ❝ Hey! Leave him alone! ❞
YUI YELLED to the other, trying to stand tall and look tough. She was only a high school girl standing 5 feet 1 inch tall. So of course the other laughed in her face, but she still stood with a tough face and walked right up to him to take the bigger man’s arm and forcing it away from the grasp from the other. So small, yet she was trying to act to strong to get away from the situation. ❝ Just leave him alone okay? ❞
Asahi hadn’t even noticed she was there, although he supposed he couldn’t really be entirely at fault for that this time-he had a bit more on his mind, most of which had to do with the fingers currently holding onto his arm, the gesture meant to rile him up only causing him to stumble, to panic more than anything else.
(Honestly, he’d just wanted to go home, he hadn’t meant to start anything, he would never, and yet the other man had seemed to take his attempts to forestall a fight as an invitation to pick one.)
He seem entirely amused when she walked right up to them, pulling his arm out of the man’s grip. There were a few snide remarks, about ‘needing a girl to save him’ and ‘was he going to stand there and take that’ and more than a few remarks on how incredibly weak he had to be-
He was laughing as he walked away, probably figuring it wasn’t worth the trouble, if nothing else, and Asahi didn’t really care why, he was just glad he was gone. He let out a rather shaky sigh, pressing his face into his hands after a moment, struggling to calm himself back down again.
“S-sorry.” He managed to mumble, peeking at her after a moment. “That you had to get involved, I mean, y-you shouldn’t have had to...sorry.”
