On January 25th at 3:59 AM ET, Microsoft announced that several of its products, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Graph, PowerBi, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center, were down for thousands of users worldwide.
The company stated they were investigating the incident and also mentioned that the outage might not be limited to these products. Indeed, more than a thousand users also reported issues with accessing Xbox Live on Down Detector. read more
