I'm endeavoring to keep away from Facebook as much as possible, but this place (along with X and Threads) is a total dead zone. There's a bit more interaction on IG but not near what I get on FB. For the last 8 months I have been dealing with knee issues. I have taken up swimming in a desperate attempt to get some exercise and maybe help strengthen my knee. I am beyond frustrated with these ongoing issues. I have had scans and bloodwork. I have been on more medications than I can count. They have no idea why my knee keeps swelling up. As much as I dislike swimming, for now, it is one of my only sources of exercise.
