Could Midgaurdsommer compel the Ishgardians into any particular action?
So we know that the dragons have a kind of quasi-hive mind. Midgaurdsommer specifically says he will not compel Hrasvalger to help save Ishgard. Vidofnir states several times that she can’t do something because he father denies it. Nidhogg’s daughter ran to the other side of the Star to escape her father’s influence with mixed results. Tiamat was able to reverse the tempering on a shit ton of her brood because she called to them.
So my question is, how many generations back does that influence go? Can Midgaurdsommer compel the broods of his children? If yes (which I believe it is but I can’t recall the specific reason) then could he call and compel the Ishgardians with Ratatoskr’s blood?
