✨Terrazzo samples!!!✨My love affair with terrazzo goes back to my grandparents apartment in Switzerland. They had a black version in the stairwells, and as a kids I was fascinated by the colorful embedded rocks. Popular in the 50's and 60's, but now most people associate it with airports or town halls, and mostly its used in commercial applications. But go to Palm Springs and you will see it everywhere residentially. I find these little sketches everywhere in the house, on sketch pads, notebooks, napkins, envelops of junk mail, you name it if it's paper Sams fingers itch to draw. I treasure each of them. This self portrait fell out of a book weeks ago and I propped it here on my night stand. I think it's going to stay so.
