She's ready to fight god and she plans on winning.
So, she had Dark Enchantress's goals still but not the cruel and chaotic way of going about it and a firmer understanding of her souljam, considering it's freedom. Plus, her now being whole instead of in two halves gives her a fair bit more stability, so to speak, too.
Granted, Dark Enchantress in this au is not as cruel as the one in canon since she had Vanilla Recluse to lean on, but she certainly wasn't the most stable of being being literally split in two like she was by being rebaked, and likely was being overwhelmed by the urges for chaos the dark magic baked into her dough gave her. Her imprisonment in the moonstone gave her some clarity and reuniting with her other half and becoming Midnight Lily finished that.
