Hello ma ladies, femmes and gents!
Way before all the drama that's currently happening in my Legacy of Hearts thing, Rue Thorn was just a girl with a serious love for music. She rounded up her besties from school – Cassandra Goth, Zelmira Gomes, and Luz Lopez – and they started a band called Midnight Echos. Rue was the singer and ripped it up on first guitar, Cassandra handled second guitar, Zelmira rocked the keyboard, and Luz totally killed it on drums. Those were the days – just a bunch of friends jamming, writing songs, and figuring out their sound.
Unfortunately, they won't be able to make it to #edgewavefest this year, due to obvious reasons. (IYKYK. If not, read and find out!)
Check them out under the cut! Let me know what you guys think!

Midnight Echos is an all-teen Sim band that crafts a unique sound by blending raw energy with dreamy, atmospheric textures. Fronted by the charismatic Rue Thorn, a young woman yearning for the shadows but bursting with a contradictory zest for life, the band creates a soundscape that draws from ethereal, rock, punk, alternative rock, new wave, quirky, ballad, and metal influences. Rue's guitar riffs and haunting vocals are interwoven with Cassandra Goth's atmospheric guitar work, Zelmira Gomes's ethereal keyboard melodies, and Luz Lopez's driving drum rhythms, resulting in a sound that's both melancholic and surprisingly uplifting. Their music explores themes of teenage angst, romantic longing, the allure of the supernatural, and finding beauty in the darkness.
