    The young kit had been rescued from the Galra base he was born on. He had been the only one there, left alone, shaking in fear. He had been questioned  many times, but he still stayed silent. He didn’t know who these people were, but they seemed like good people. Perhaps he should open up, talk to them, let them know what had happened. 

     But he was still so scared. 

    He was placed in a comfortable room, was given plenty of food, but he  knew that they still wanted to make sure he was safe to be around. The young child sighed heavily, leaning into the wall, resting his head against it.

🍗 - What is your muse’s perfect meal?

‘As I am unable to eat, I will instead answer in the place of what I feel is important for others to eat. The perfect meal should contain all parts of the necessary nutrients required to be healthy. All the food groups are required. And even better when it’s all conveniently bound together into a single dish.’

‘I am still deciphering what exactly has gone into this but it seems like it’d be very healthy!’

generosity indeed, to find such a strange-looking being as himself attractive. as far as he can see he is merely galtean–the face that no one should have to face, the body that should never have come into being; why do so many people today somehow find themselves drawn to that? surely they can’t all be lying to him, he thinks, for he has never at one time received so many compliments. with caution on his face and in his heart, this is all he can say.

2 am

   Keith is no stranger to middle-of-the-night calls anymore, which would have struck him as odd at one point in his life, but his barometer for what is unusual is very different from most people’s now. He’s still the leader of Voltron, but not; he’s still a member of the Garrison, but not - he’s in a strange halfway place where people don’t need him all that often, but when they do, they need him in a hurry. 

   He’s always been a light sleeper, anyway, so when his phone goes off, he just rolls over into bed, smashes it against his cheek, and mumbles into it, “What d’you need?” in a crackling, sleep-rough voice.

   He didn’t even bother to see who it was, because that’s a little irrelevant at the hour - whatever hour it is.

    He felt a gentle hand nudge him back down into his bed. Ryan fell down withlittle effort of fighting back, huffing as he did so. The young pilot was in double trouble. He had a small cold and he had banged up his ankle during a mission.Olive hues looked at Aster with one arched brow, lips pulling into a frown. Hedidn’t like the fact he was pushed back down. Though it was surly needed. 

     Ryan knew it had only been a day since he got his injury, and new foundcold, but he was ready to walk around a bit.

     “ Hm, so, you are pretty strict when it comes to bedrest, huh? ” he mumbled softly.

     Ryan mumbled as his hand made contact with the door that trapped the two together. Not that he didn’t want to be near the other, but because they were stuck in a room with their enemy outside somewhere, it really had hisnerves on end. He was sure that his own team would know that they were missing after a few minutes or so.

     “ It looks like we’re stuck here for awhile… ” olive hues looked towards Aster.

Personality Starters | accepting. 

    Trusting was a hard thing for Ryan, but he couldn’t afford to be a bit picky with who he should trust in. There was a bigger problem than his own. 

    The pilot heard the appreciation given, and this caused him to turn around toface him. He kept his stoic expression for a second or two before it blossomed into a soft and warm smile. Ryan gave a soft nod to the other male, “ It’s noproblem, really. I’m…glad I did. ”
