a character design with a prompt named Plant. This is for my world called MIDSPACE.

This character is a tribal fighter who was reborn as a plant and has the ability to control plants. Her previous life was so full of hardships that she just want to be left alone and take care of the tribe that cared for her when she magically got reborn, although she may sometimes get convinced into doing some missions for organizations.

Her trusty pet, is an overevolved pitcher plant that some may consider too cute, forgetting it can puke deadly acid.

When you can follow your fluid tide, at some point you will notice that it pauses. It may pause for a few seconds, or for much longer. This pause is a stillpoint. The tide just stops. This happens whether you are paying attention or not. When it returns, it optimizes patterns in your energy, fluids, and/or tissues. You may not know exactly what changed, just that something changed for the better. You may just feel better. We benefit from these moments of stillness. Sometimes the fluid tide is most apparent at its cranial and sacral ends, felt as a surge of energy in those places. Sometimes it’s most apparent somewhere in the middle. What’s amazing is that we all have a fluid tide that ascends and descends in a stately rhythm. And we can go a lifetime without noticing it, it’s so close. I see the fluid tide as an organizing, regulating feature of our vastly complex physiology. Once you can follow its motion, you may notice it stop. Yesterday’s post about Biodynamic Meditation was about sensing into your midline and the space around it. Today, do it again. Get into a meditative state and once you settle into it, sense into your midline again. Notice any sense you may have of vertical motion, going up the midspace to the crown of your head, then descending to your pelvic floor. This stately rhythm moves up and down through the central axis of your body. At first you may think you’re imagining it. Or you may sense it only in your upper abdomen. You’re on the right track! Keep bringing your attention back to what you are actually sensing there. This is probably new for you. Give yourself a few days to become more familiar with it.
