The longest day of this year is already over. Tonight is the shortest, and therefore, less dark. The nights will get longer and longer from now on. This year the nights will be even darker, for I have chosen to find my way in the darkness that remains ..... and then one day, the sun will rise again in a world free of desolation and malice. How are you celebrating #Midsummer2021 this year? I would love to hear! . Personally, I planted canna lillies as a privacy screen around my tiny pool in my backyard, weeded my garden and whispered sweet nothings to my tomatoes, green beans, and zucchini plants. Once the sun goes down a little bit more I'm looking forward to enjoying my garden a bit more but I'll admit to hiding in the air conditioning today. It is very very hot! 🔥 .
