I'm learning to live without peanut butter ... mostly. I've just had a pita with a little spoonful in but it's no longer my mainstay
Cherries oats and chia
Pumpkin lentils freekah and beans
Banana and peanut butter pita
Edamame noodles with broccoli, sauerkraut, gojuchang, miso, and peanut butter
STAND BACK I AM GOING TO TRY SCIENCE
(also here is my lunch- was so good(
I haven't felt like writing about my food much lately, haven't been eating all that great or even often.
Perhaps I need to set myself a challenge
This is just about my favourite dinner. Out for thai tomorrow
'stone souping it' tonight. i haven't felt like eating much this past week - happens from time to time. today i just ate sourdough and marmalade all day. it's 9.30pm and my body was like "pls a vegetable". I didn't think i had a lot of those in the fridge at the mo but i just bought brussel sprouts and i knew i had silverbeet so i chucked those in the pot and went hunting for more. started buying passata in jars so tipped a bit of that in, had half an onion so chopped that, pinch of stock powder, found some broccoli, and leftover baked pumpkin from yesterday. steamed it all up a smidge then chucked it in the blender. boom 5 minute soup. and more sourdough
