Not anon, but the depo provera shot is non-estrogen, doesn't increase estrogen, and stops periods. I was on it for 4 years and I can't think of any overly "female" side effects that would crop up and trigger more dysphoria,
i have a friend who uses that method, and her hormones literally go crazy with it. she’s constantly angry when the shot begins wearing off, and then otherwise she’s in a constant state of irritability :/ i dunno.

Are you guys already friends? If he hasn't like, explicitly told you he likes you/wants to date you, just thank him for it and carry on as is like nothing special's happened. If he tries to use it as "date me" leverage, that's when you really have to address it. He kept getting Barb's dick drawings, but he's ALSO got a hell of a reputation for killing/etc characters in RvB so I can see him getting killed off, making "life imitate art" for him (except he's on the receiving end).
