' ok... ok Dave you can do this just tell him how you feel! No pressure or anything not like your entire friendship is hinging on this! What if he doesn't like chocolate or what if he's not into guys? I don't want to make things weird between us but I have to say something and oh my god why did I think this was a good idea?!

All these thoughts were swirling around in David's head as he was holding the heart shaped box of chocolates along with a red rose & stuffed bunny in his hands, feeling like his heart was going to explode from his chest. Ever since Toshi had saved him from that fire he had been smitten with the large blonde. They quickly grew to be good friends and he loved being his sidekick. He just liked being around Toshi in general you just couldn't be mad or upset when he was in the room. He always found a way to lift your spirits! That's why he had to say something to the other now about this blossoming feelings & today was Valentine's day so it seemed like a good time to do it but now his stomach was in knots and he was just trying to keep himself from running away as he quickly hid the gifts when he saw Toshi approach him. "Oh hey Toshi how are you doing today?"

“Hey, Dad? I love you.” Hugs the other and runs for it, catching up with the rest of the class after rescue training. It was the first and last thing he’d say for today.

Honestly, Midoriya didn’t really blame All Might for clearly being tired as he was. It must be difficult being the number one hero! Of course he was stepping out of training to help out people in need.

Usually, Midoriya would just keep cleaning the area of the beach until All Might came back, as he usually gave extra instructions. This time he wasn’t as lucky, due to the man falling asleep on the bench.

For a long while after, Midoriya just kept up his cleaning, pushing himself hard. after a while though, he realised he was about to have a problem. Usually, he had a signal to All Might when he was approaching his limit, since he didn’t speak. However, since All Might wasn’t awake to see that signal, he decided to stop, see if the man was awake. It wasn’t the case, unfortunately, but his body was screaming. Ah, maybe he could...? All Might was always insisting he stopped when his body told him to; it would do no good to overwork himself.

He also didn’t want to leave All Might alone. Not only would it be rude, it was also way before the time they usually finished for the day. It took him a few minutes of deliberating until his body eventually won, deciding he’s rather this than the other to find him on the ground again.

Slowly, he’d climbed onto the bench, silently being grateful that All Might was so skinny in this form, and he’d also ended up leaving enough room for this to be manageable. Midoriya had ended up curling a little into the man so that he wouldn’t fall off - luckily, it wasn’t the side All Might had gotten injured. Midoriya didn’t really have much time to worry about it as he was soon asleep.

He was woken up, if only a little, by an arm wrapping around his form - blinking open tired eyes to meet those of his mentor. Shifting, he remembered how close he was to the edge of the bench - preventing a fall? Yawning, Izuku did not much else except sighing in relief at the offer of another nap, simply turning his head back into the original position, humming a little in acknowledgement. It only took seconds for him to doze back off, knowing he’d be much more energised. Sometimes, taking a break was okay.

Character in general: I love All Might! He’s one of my favourites! Whenever he’s on screen, I end up laughing, and his relationship with Izuku is something truly special. He’s such a complex and interesting character and I adore him!How they play them: I love love love love love your All Might!!!! He’s one of my favourites! I can literally hear him whenever we write, IC and OOC. Thank you for being so on board with my 10000 ideas!The Mun: MEL MEL MEEEL. Where do I start? I’ve known you since the days we did Bleach together, I’m so glad we reconnected. I’m so happy!!! You’re so sweet and always here for me, and I am for you - you’re one of my best friends! I feel weird when we don’t chat every day!

Being place into the care system was something Midoriya Izuku wasn’t expecting at the age of three years old. His Quirk had never manifested, and, well - his Father had decided that little Izuku was worthless and had left, taking the only person he loved, his Mother with him.

And just like that, Izuku’s life had been turned upside down - he’d stopped going to kindergarten, so no more Kacchan - not that he was acting very fun ever since his own Quirk developed. He didn’t have a family, and the kids in the care home teased him, a lot. It was mainly because he was the youngest, not to mention being Quirkless, even though that still hasn’t been confirmed - but what if it was true?

It was breakfast, and as usual, Izuku probably wouldn’t eat. He’d not really been very hungry since he’d started in the care home, let alone people complained when he sat next to them. So, green curls poked shyly around the door to the large room, even larger eyes wide with interest.

There....was someone new? Oh, it must be a new carer. He seemed very friendly, but still, the little child stayed half-hidden behind the door, his All Might Figure clutched into one tiny fist. It was the only thing he’d been able to bring to the care home, and he was so thankful it wasn’t stolen.
