A migraine can cause throbbing pain in one side of your head. If it goes extreme then it can be accompanied by vomiting, sensitivity sound, and nausea. Migraine cannot be fully understood so environmental factors and genetics appear to play a major role.

Physical Factors: Migraine can be triggered due to intensive physical exertion, or sexual activity.
Hormonal Changes: If there is fluctuation in estrogen-like pregnancy, menopause, menstrual periods might trigger a headache.
Sleep: if you are getting too much sleep or miss sleep then it can trigger migraine in some people.
Drinks: The drinks that include alcohol or too much high on caffeine like coffee can trigger a migraine.
