you seem to know a lot about spn nitty-gritties and the writers/underbelly of the show. i was wondering if you had any thoughts as to why, back at JIBcon, they stuck robert singer with misha collins? i mean, he's the longest lasting show runner at his very first convention ever, it seems to me like a more obvious choice would have been jared and jensen (or just jensen after jared ducked out). but then: misha. any insight on that decision/dynamic?

I don’t know much about the nitty-gritties and I’m glad/worried you think I look like I do. :P

I saw a while back, like, last year or something, a statistic that Misha had actually done the most conventions out of all of them? No idea if that’s still true especially since I don’t really keep track of conventions. He’s got a much more distinct personality (no offence to Jensen and Jared who do HAVE personalities but not quite so overflowing :P Jensen in particular seems like he can be shy? Especially on his own? Which a Bob Singer panel basically is for the other guy, let’s be real… And if that was the con where Jared went home sick, then Jensen alone would probably be an even worse choice?) so it could have been just they wanted a fave who had the confidence and personality there to balance it out.

I don’t know what other politics would be involved especially between them, but Misha seems like a safe bet to me for stage presence and panel popularity. 

(I never watched the video of that panel either so I don’t know how it actually worked out except for the few random pertinent quotes that showed up and the gif of Misha’s unimpressed face)
