You really should take into account the different styles Nintendo played with throughout the entire franchise. If you're comparing how they look graphically, it's really not that fair. For one, Ocarina of Time was way before WindWaker's time and technology, and with the handheld reboot they wanted to keep the same nostalgic feeling. Windwaker utilises the ToonLink look which is in an entirely different ballpark, let alone it bein a newer game on a different console with different graphics capabilities.
