Ugh I feel bad cuz my life is so easy but there's something seriously wrong with me

I like actually dissociated today despite taking the day off because of a panic attack and it was really scary like I was just outside my body and it felt weird and floaty and dizzy and I think I was just like that for a few hours

But it's so hard for me to do therapy because I just cannot open up to random people. As soon as someone asks me nothing has ever happened ever in my life?? I get so scared and nervous when they ask me what I want to talk about like girl idk... Not myself...

Idk I feel like I can only rant on tumblr for some reason cuz I don't want to like actually talk to anyone about my problems but I want people to hear it I guess??? so sorry for people who were curious enough to open this lol
