Lullaby
Being a nanny is unlike any job you will ever experience. Your placed into a family that already has their dynamics figured out and you have to find a comfortable way to fit into that. I’m telling you, it’s tricky stuff. There are stages of being a nanny. It starts as slightly uncomfortable, moves into a semi comfortable, and then BAM! You fall in love. The children that you are caring for become your whole world, and every day is consumed with wanting only what is best for them.
One cold winter night as I was rocking a 10 month baby boy to sleep I wrote what is now my newly released single “lullaby”
The song is about my relationship with him, and how no matter what I will always want the best for him. I will be his shelter when all else fails.
