These are how Crab Cakes turned out!

Here are the ingredients and instructions -

Ingredients: 1 lb of crab (rinsed and drained well), 2/3 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of mayo, 2 large eggs, 1 whole lemon (zest and lemon juice), 2 tablespoons of Basil, 6 tablespoons of butter (for topping)

Instructions: (Whole process takes about 40 minutes - 30 minutes prep, 10 minutes baking)

1) Cut vegetables into thin slices, dice

2) Rinse and strain crab, mix in bowl

3) Add eggs, mayo, basil, lemon (zest and juice) - mix

4) Scoop and pat down crab cakes on baking tray

5) Refrigerate (cover with plastic) for an hour

6) Take out tray from fridge - put butter on top

7) Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes

8) Serve

This is how my Cinnamon Rolls turned out!

Here are the ingredients and instructions -

Ingredients:

(For Dough)

3/4 cup of warm milk, 2 1/4 teaspoons of yeast , 1/3 cup of sugar, 1 egg + 1 egg yolk, 1/4 cup of butter, 3 cups of bread flour, 3/4 teaspoon of salt

(For Filling)

2/3 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons of cinnamon, 1/4 cup of butter

(For Frosting)

4 tablespoons of cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of butter, 3/4 cup of powdered sugar, 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions: (Whole process takes about 2.5 hours - 40 minutes prep, 20 minutes baking, and 1.5 hours unattended)

1) Warm up milk 2) Add yeast 3) In another bowl, add eggs, sugar, and butter 4) Add flour/salt mixture 5) Knead dough 6) Spray bowl - let dough sit for an hour (in warm temperature)

7) Dust pan with flour - stretch dough in pan 8) Make cinnamon/brown mixture 9) Pour butter on dough, combine cinnamon mixture 10) Roll up dough - cut into 3/4-1 inch pieces 11) Add rolls to pan - cover for 45 minutes (in warm temperature)

12) Add vanilla extract, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and butter 13) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes 14) Add frosting 15) Serve

Hey Everyone! This is how my Tiramisu turned out! Here are the ingredients and instructions -

Ingredients:

8 ounces of Mascarpone cheese, 2 eggs (separate yolks from egg whites), 1/2 cup of sugar, Approximately 30 lady fingers, 2 cups of cold brew, Pinch of salt, and Cocoa powder (dusting)

Instructions: (Whole process takes about a day - 20 minutes prep, about a day to refrigerate/freeze)

1) Separate egg yolks from egg whites in two separate bowls

2) Add sugar and mascarpone cheese to egg yolks

3) Add salt to egg whites, then beat egg whites until stiff

4) Fold egg whites into Mascarpone mixture

5) Pour cold brew into bowl

6) Dip ladyfingers into cold brew, set them in pan

7) Layer with Mascarpone mixture

8) Repeat Steps 6 and 7

9) Dust cocoa powder on top

10) Freeze (or refrigerate for a day)

*Since the eggs weren't baked, it's very important to keep frozen when you're not planning on eating it*

11) Serve

Hey Everyone! This is how my banana bread turned out! Here are the ingredients and instructions -

Ingredients: 2 cups of flour, 4 bananas, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 1 stick (8 ounces) of melted butter, Baking spray

Instructions: (Whole process takes 1.5 hours - 50 minutes unattended, 40 minutes prep)

1) Melt butter

2) Combine sugar, eggs, and melted butter

3) Peel bananas and mash them in bowl

4) Add milk and cinnamon

5) Combine egg mixture with banana mixture

6) Pour and sift flour

7) Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt

8) Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients

9) Spray pans evenly

10) Add mixture to pans

11) Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes

12) Use a knife to separate break from pan

13) Use a toothpick to see if its ready

14) Empty bread on plate to cool (after 10 minutes, flip on other side)

Hey Everyone! This is how my risotto turned out! Here are the ingredients and instructions -

Ingredients:

Celery, 6 Carrots, 3 Shallots (or 1/2 onion), 2/3 cup of Arborio Rice, Olive oil (for sautéing), Salt and Pepper, White wine (for deglazing), Saźon, (Optional) - Parmesan cheese

Instructions: (Whole process takes 1.5 hours - 45 minutes unattended, 25 minutes prep, and 20 minutes baking)

1) Cut and peel shallots - wash your vegetables - dice them

2) Pour olive oil in pot - turn stove heat on to "high"

3) Put in vegetables - let simmer

4) Pour water (about 5-6 cups)

5) Add a pinch of salt and pepper - let it simmer on "low" heat for 20 minutes

6) Strain (this is your stock/broth)

7) Put olive oil in a smaller pot - add shallots (let it brown)

8) Add Arborio rice (let it brown) - stir

9) Pour white win to deglaze (just to cover the surface)

10) Pour a little broth, let it reduce (repeat until rice is soft) make sure the rice has a little bit of liquid when you're done

11) Turn off stove - add saźon and a pinch of salt- stir

12) OPTIONAL - Add Parmesan cheese

Ingredients: 8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) of unsalted butter, 4 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, Pinch of salt, 2/3 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 lemon,

(Also need “Madeleine Mold” for shaping)

Instructions: (Whole process takes 1.5 hours - 45 minutes unattended, 25 minutes prep, and 20 minutes baking)

1) Melt butter in microwave or on the stove

2) In a large bowl, add eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla extract, and butter. Mix together.

3) Slowly pour flour in mixture as you stir.

4) Using a grater, grate the lemon peel into a separate bowl (you can also peel the lemon skin and cut it up into really small pieces). Then cut the lemon in half. If you want a moderate lemon flavor, squeeze one half of the lemon into the bowl. If you want a strong lemon flavor, squeeze both halves.

5) Pour lemon mixture into large bowl and stir.

6) Put your madeleine mold on top of a sheet pan. Then pour mixture into the molds. Once you're finished, refrigerate for 45 minutes.

7) Take madeleines out of refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (rotate pan midway through). Keep an eye on the surface’s color. It should be lightly tan.

8) Once you take out your madeleines, flip them “belly up” and let them cool for 10 minutes.
