A few weeks ago, Coro Coro revealed their “Shocking news” that turned out to be exclusive Spy gear for Splatoon 2. The Splatoon 2 Spy Gear can only be recieved via a serial code that will be provided in the September 2018 issue of the Japanese publication. The publication also provides some images of the inklings wearing this new gear.

The September 2018 issue of Coro Coro will be available to purchase from August 10 and the serial code that comes in the issue will unlock all the gear you can see in the image below.

Is it me, or is there a “Kingman” vibe coming from this new gear? The Inkling on the far left certainly does bear a resemblance to Eggy.
