I was only now made aware of this but I just want you all to know that Mike Toth has sadly passed away.
He was known as one of Disney's ronnowned 'renaissance animators' who helped make movies like Hercules, Mulan, Lost City of Atlantis and Tarzan possible, and that's only to name a few he's had the pleasure of working on.
He was a dedicated man to his work and he sadly paid a hefty price for it, fighting with mental health and alcoholic issues for a long time after his animation work. He was even homeless for a while.
He was a kind, loving, generous and passionate man who loved his family and treated everyone like he knew them all his life, he shaped so many movies from my childhood and he isn't talked about enough.
I would just ask you all keep his family in your thoughts tonight. Thanks for reading dudes <3.
