Minor Spoilers for Fargo season 2 and for Supernatural.
When watching season 2 of Fargo, there was a scene that reminded me of a show I use to watch in high school. That show is none other than Supernatural. Supernatural tends to be a very controversial show because it often has die-hard fans, die-hard haters, or former fans…

Get To Know Me: Mike Milligan
About me:
Hello there, I’m Mike, the Head Care Worker at Elm Tree House. Or “the Dumping Ground” as Tracy and our young people call it. I think Tracy nicknamed it that, when she first came to live here. She was a right bundle of trouble in those days - bounced back from every foster placement as if she was on elastic. It wasn’t always Tracy’s fault though. And look at her now - what a fantastic role model! If I’d told her back then she'd end up working here, Tracy would’ve laughed her socks off at me.
My life:
I never had kids of my own. Never married, either. It’s hard forming relationships with a job like mine, it’s far too unpredictable. When Tracy was little, I think she hoped me and Cam might get together, but that was never going to happen. Anyway, I’ve got Tracy and Gina and a Dumping Ground crammed to the rafters with kids... they’re all the family I need.
On the Dumping Ground:
I wouldn’t change my life for the world, however frustrating and stressful it gets. Sometimes it’s so bad it makes me want to tear my hair out - and you only have to look at me to see how often that happens! - but I’d never quit. Somebody has to look out for these young people and I don’t trust anyone to fight for them the way I do. Unless your name’s Tracy Beaker.
