I'm looking to buy a decent plate carrier for training events because I hate army issue IOTVs. I'm a small chick and I want something good enough for training that won't swallow me whole. I'm looking at an Ncstar vest (again this is just for training) but I want to know what kit setups yall have and what you'd recommend.
