ooooooooo 2, 3, 4, 13, 14 for AO3 wrapped >:)
2. First fic you clicked on this year
Man I WISH I had history on so I knew, but my best guess would be May The Sunrise Bring Hope Where It Once Was Forgotten by deathmallow (Arthur/Sadie, RDR2) which I was definitely re-reading over the winter break. I don't ship the pairing as a rule of thumb but this fic is so good I'll read it again and again. Their Sadie is so wonderful and real to me.
3. First fic you Bookmarked this year
Nachalo by phrenitis (Elizabeth/Philip, The Americans). Just gorgeous, tight, efficient prose that's so in tune with the characters. I loved this one. Man I need to watch The Americans again.
4. First fic you posted this year
Nostos (mostly gen, TGM)! My beloved writing warm up that went off the rails. The only fic I've ever written, copy-proofed, and published in the span of 24 hours.

oh GOD this question is so hard but I love reccing fics. Here's a couple over multiple fandoms I adored reading this year:
never the same river twice by Contra (Andy/Helen of Troy, The Old Guard) gave me full on body chills when I first read it. Gorgeous premise and a beautiful examination of history, time, and women's place in it. It will give you kassandra feels by proxy though you've been warned.
blue and permanent and the smoke that roams by deerscarer (Anne/Jack/Charles, Black Sails) are fics so good that nothing else for this ship could be written again and I'd still be satisfied because I can revisit these over and over.
The Ministry of Pain by elo_elo (Ghost/OC, Call of Duty) has utterly, utterly stunning prose. I read this fandom blind and having zero interest in character/oc fanfiction and still I cannot get the way it's written out of my mind.
Kings of the Air by FabulaRasa (Ice/Mav, Top Gun) is one of those fandom cornerstone fics that sometimes you think might only be popular because it's been around for ages but this fully earns its stripes and then some. Their characterisation of Mav and Ice is so perfect it's out of this world. I read it three times in two days.
14. Your personal favorite fic you posted this year
So I notoriously find most of everything I write cringe for a long while after I post, but I 100% had the most fun writing Rules of Engagement (Phoenix & Rooster, TGM). It's not the best thing I've ever written, nor the neatest, but their platonic soulmate best friend dynamic is something I was hugely passionate about exploring. It might not make the numbers of my big shippy fics but it's the darling of my heart.
