Why meditation is important? There is always a right time and place for everything. Select a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Do not meditate if you have had a heavy meal - wait for 2 hours in that case. Try to meditate in your own home at the same time and place - the results will be better. Best times are from 4 am to 6 am, but beginners can start at their time of convenience.
