As you may have heard from lil birds like Grub Street or Gothamist or Eater, and even The New York Times, we've got some big news to share: We've opened our very first Tasting Room in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn.
An ice cream shop wasn't always in our business plan, though. You can read the full story of how it just kind of happened (with a twist of serendipity), at Diana's blog.
We're stoked that for the first time you can drop by for a cup, a cone, or even a Tasting Flight of our inspired ice creams.
Here's what we've got cooking at the moment in terms of Tasting Room flavors:
Amagansett Sea Salted Caramel (flavor #5)
house-made caramel with Amagansett Sea Salt
Rock Rock Rockaway Road (flavor #64)
rocky road reconstructed: marzipan ice cream with Mast Brothers chocolate chips and a marshmallow swirl
Grady's Manhattan (flavor #62)
Grady's cold-brew coffee ice cream with a drop of a King's County Distillery Manhattan cocktail
Fingerlakes PBnJ (flavor #48)
salted Saratoga PB Co peanut butter ice cream with a swirl of seasonal fruit compote
Chinatown Chocolate (flavor #2)
Mast Brothers chocolate ice cream spiced with traditional Chinese spices
Come say hi and check out the new digs Tuesday - Sundays at 204 Sackett Street.
