July’s Flavor of the Month #134, SBPB strawberry banana peanut butter: strawberry-banana ice cream with a peanut butter swirl

Just about everything we eat, we think, “can this be in ice cream form?” Most of the time the answer is yes. That’s what happened for this flavor, during our mid weekend power-snack last week. The answer is yes. Strawberries + banana + a dollop of peanut butter.

Summer is finally in full gear. And so are we! Morning sessions at Rockaway, bike trips to Coney, camping in Montauk - we are in our element. And we've crafted two summer-inspired 'screams to match the month of July:

MID JUNE ALREADY. TIME TO ANNOUNCE OUR FLAVORS OF THE MONTH.

We're almost in the clear. Summer is so so near. The solstice is soon upon us, and we're preparing for an enchanting one. Once we get past this June Gloom (our first flavor of the month - a blueberry ‘scream with chocolate fondant), we're going full-swing on summer. And we’re inviting you along with our second flavor of the month, A Midsummer Night's 'Scream. It’s a floral, light lavender ‘scream with a crisp crunch, with which we will kick off a summer of light and loooove.

As you may have heard from lil birds like Grub Street or Gothamist or Eater, and even The New York Times, we've got some big news to share: We've opened our very first Tasting Room in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn.

We're stoked that for the first time you can drop by for a cup, a cone, or even a Tasting Flight of our inspired ice creams.

the making of Flavor#127, THE Cookie Dough cookie dough ice cream with chocolate chips and chocolate chip cookie dough chunks Steps 2 - the rest of them: We add the dough right to the ice cream base. So it tastes just like cookie dough. Spin it up and add those Mast Brothers chocolate chunks. We go even further, and add more cookie dough chunks. Cookie dough on cookie dough on cookie dough.
