What was that? That was a rush of light nearby that felt very similar to a certain clockwork comet - albeit coming from something hundreds of times smaller. 02 whirled around to find the source, already snarling because this thing obviously hadn't been told to disguise its energy near him; he could feel the pangs beginning already.

What he spotted surprised him, but its appearance was in keeping with the rest the of the wretched cutesy things in this universe, so he wasn't too surprised.

"What are you doing here?!"

"One wish? I suppose something as world peace would be asking a little much of you, huh?" Peach responded, lightly tapping a finger upon her chin as she pondered on what the wish could be.

"I'm honestly not sure what to wish for. Could I at least wish for a month's worth of happiness and good fortune to all inhabitants of the Mushroom Kingdom or is that too much as well?"

Wish hunting.

Time and time again, the interdimensional fail safe that kept dimensions each contained to themselves weakened further and further. Ivo was obviously well aware of this, as he had a large part in the disaster.

The way the esteemed doctor figured it, there was thousands if not millions of different power sources just waiting to be abused. But one world in particular had caught his eye. Small creatures, sometimes large. They each had powers beyond most people's comprehension. They were easily captured, and so therefore they could be just as easily used.

Eggman grinned as he stepped through the shimmering gateway in front of him, a satchel strung over his shoulder carrying various forms of equipment and technology for his new venture. And par the norm, two Egg-Pawns flanked behind him for protection. His foot was met with wet grass and a burst of fresh air smacked into him like a freight train; he had stepped into a stretching valley, in the dead of night no less. The only thing that permitted him to see was the endless blanket of stars overhead.

There was no better place to start.
