I'm assuming this is romantic? Either way, I really think those two would love each other so

They met during the grand magic games (tho lisanna had heard stories of Millianna before) and quickly hit it off

The two girls became pretty much inseparable after meeting. Including texting all the time

They don't even know when they started dating, they just woke up one day and realized they had been acting like a couple for months without actually putting a label on it (full out dates, cuddles, flirting, etc)
