Inactivity

Gonna be inactive the next couple of days, I’m really struggling and need time to myself 💛

I feel like an awful friend. Me and my best friend I haven't seen in months made plans to see a movie tomorrow and I just don't want to go. It's so draining having to plan travel and get on the bus into town and sit there watching a movie I've not even bothered to watch the trailer for.

Ate nuggies and curly fries and I feel guilty but I was regressed. I shouldn't feel so guilty about it

Today was a lot better. My boyfriend helped me with my dysohoria by being very reaffirming of my gender. I played video games most of the evening and unintentionally fasted for 24hrs.

Welp, this weekend was really bad. Not just in terms of my ED but in general. I'm back now, though I'm unsure how active I'll be.

After tonight I've realised I'm wayyy too open about my mental health issues with my boyfriend. So time to repress them and pretend I'm fine. Tonight was a bad night. Today was a bad day to be honest
