ok! there's no fire super close to scripps (there was a little one that was extinguished earlier by the lake), so i guess what im mostly worried about is a fire starting in the canyon directly below us, but it should be okay at night since its in the 70s??

in terms of weather i can't remember a time that school was cancelled/shortened because of heat? i just remember it being cancelled for fires
