   yikes what happened?   

My box was stolen from my mailbox.  I sent a report to the police and USPS, as required.  I also told pupbox and expected a refund or a replacement.  I haven’t heard anything for a solid 7 days now.

I’ve unsubscribed from their service and NOW they send me a message asking why I’m leaving.  I’m honestly tempted to respond with screenshots of my complaints, the lack of responses, and a receipt for Barkbox.
