Got that good soul in my feet #901law #MIMGARR #workwork
It’s week 25 of the year, and I’m going strong on 20 weeks of working out regularly. I feel strong and there are visible results. My current schedule includes a weight workout for arms and for legs, spin class and run/walking outside. My 2016 goals include daily yoga, a weight workout for abs, tennis lessons, and to learn how to use kettlebells.
