Bridling Responsibility was a really fun chapter to name! I was motivated to start Midnight Bonds by two other amazing fics authored by @somer-writes. I actually connected them as inspiration to my fic! And Somer's versions of the Chain use “bridling” as a curse. So, I made it an homage to that inspiration and how exasperated Twi is with the Chain, but also how he bears the weight of everything happening during that chapter, like a pack animal. Most of my chapter titles have double meanings, and anyone is free to guess what they could be!
