Hey there, I might have hallucinated this but I thought I saw you musing about how to ask for a raise. I meant to reply but then got distracted doing mom stuff, and now I can’t find the post.

Anyway. If you do have any questions about how to have those kinds of convos with your boss I’ve been on both sides. I’ve advocated for raises for myself, and I currently manage a 6 person team. Happy to share what I know.

i've got a good plan. i've already connected with my boss and she is assisting me to get the messaging and supporting info to bring my best case to the ceo. im just getting the impression it won't happen right now, which is frustrating, but at least im trying!

That is one of the nicest comments I've ever gotten! Being apart of this fandom truly has been a blessing, and a joyous ride all through out. (Can't wait to see it where it goes for s4 and onward) Just the content creators have put out, to all the wonderful people I've met through this shared community. All over a lil karate show. Lol I'm just a cog along with all the other amazing folks, that keeps this wheel spinning!

I give so much credit to all the brilliant minds, that inspired me to make these gifs. I hadn't created anything in almost 2 years, then poof!!! Just a whirlwind of ideas and inspirations came from the show itself, and fellow fans. I'm constantly trying to learn new tools, and tricks when making edits. Plus all the positive feedback is something I never take for granted, I really appreciate it. 🙏🏼

I'm currently in the midst of working on something akin to my gif sets, and future requests. I'll be making a separate post for that announcement, sometime soon.
