In Undefined Fantastic Object, Minamitsu gets introduced as “Captain Murasa Minamitu” in the text above the dialogue, but then during the battle her name appears only as “Murasa Minamitu”.

In Gouyoku Ibun, she appears only as “Murasa Minamitu”.
