At Tampa Health Center, our Sauna & Cold Plunge Classes are guided by expert instructors. You’ll begin with a group introduction to foster community, followed by breathing techniques and optional aromatherapy in the sauna.
New to cold exposure? No problem. Choose from five different tubs with varying temperatures, ensuring a comfortable experience no matter your level. Plus, our classes are structured to offer either two or three rounds, so you can progress at your own pace.
