HAHA I LOVE HAVING A STUPID HARD DAY AT WORK THAT WAS SO STRESSFUL AND MADE ME SO ANGRY TO NOW SUPER DISSOCIATING I LOVE IT WOW
so I think I have two flavors of dissociating. I have this mild version which happens everyday that blocks off sections of my days into its own separate day. Like when I'm at work, each shift is a different thing and afterwards I have very little memories of what happened. The other one is the nightmare terror one where everything looks flat and 2D and I feel like someone else is controlling my body
OH MY GOD so I was reading this post about good things to do when depressed and honestly I agreed with all of them but when it got to the food I was so angry. like it was saying to make food and it would be better for you and shit and I was thinking about how Everytime I make food I get super bored and then I don't eat it. I got mad yet my depression meal recently have been smoothies and that's it I tried to make ramen but it was gross and they it out but I make a protein smoothie and it's totally fine I don't know why it's been like this recently
also I do have a normal Instagram with pictures of my and dogs and it's smallspoons so you can follow there too as well if you want ...
also I really hate how i can't think of anything to put on a new page in my sketchbook but on a page that's already too full I get tons of ideas and things to add but there isn't room and I'm just like???? why don't you have these ideas on a blank page??
