Effort has gotten such a bad rap. We think of it as painful. When does putting in effort become painful? When we don’t have the resilience. Lack of resilience pushes any effort into a distressing place. Take notice of your level of resilience. Take notice of the difference between putting in effort and feeling distress. Effort can be light, fun, playful and so damn rewarding. Effort can make you think, problem solve, discover.
