Mc help for joining a 7 years old minecraft world

hello tumblr community

I have found my old Macbook, the first pc where I ever got Minecraft. In one of the worlds, my very first one, there's a problem:

A command block I might've placed long ago, keeps teleporting me to a certain location, even after I die.

Is there a way to stop the command blocks from working? Or am I condemned to stay in here forever, unable to access the world I made when I was a child?
