Couldn't stop thinking about today's copper update, and I kept wondering what rusted iron might look like. This is the steel block, meant to better match the iron lanterns, bars, and chains. You can craft it with one iron ingot and one coal. And it rusts to various valid shades of iron-ness. Of course, so will the lanterns, bars, and chains.

The steel block will be used to craft stairs and slabs, while the regular iron block just stays decorative.

I used the copper block's texture for the little bolts, and rotated the shiny part of the copper texture to be horizontal.
