You’re telling this person without really telling them that you went and found diamonds, which are rare, mined obsidian, which takes forever to get, and put it all together in this gift that allows them to make basically everything they own stronger so that they don’t die sooner.

And even if you didn’t go to find the diamonds and obsidian specifically for that purpose, you thought about it enough to decide they were worth spending those precious things on, and I think that is just beautiful.
