Taste: Both are very sweet, with the Enchanted Golden Apple having just a slight tartness.

Texture: So you know how most apples are crunchy when you bite into them? These are a bit crunchier, due to the gold coating. They're very juicy, with the Enchanted Golden Apple's juice having a slight fizz to it.

Redstone Dust and Redstone Block

Taste: Personally, I feel these would have a cherry flavor, with a bit of spice to it at the end.

Texture: The Redstone Dust would feel like a powder, but with a bit of grit to it. The block is hard, but has a bit of a chalky texture and breaks apart easily.

Cherry Blossom Wood Items

Taste: When I first saw this wood, I immediately thought of the strawberry wafer cookies. Know what I'm talking about? These:

I know it's cherry wood, but I just don't get a cherry taste from this. The bark on the log has a slight bitterness, but it actually pairs well with the very sweet wood.

Texture: Crisp and crunchy like the wafer cookie.

frog lights?

Froglight-Pearlescent, Verdant, Ochre

Taste: Froglights have the distinct flavor of Jolly Rancher candies. Pearlescent has the flavor of grape, Verdant has lime, and Ochre is orange flavored.

Texture: These blocks are like hard candy, best way to eat them is just suck on them until they dissolve. Curiously, in the middle of the froglight, it becomes comfortably warm. This may be traits left over from the magma cube used to make the froglight.

So, putting the respective posts together, the amethyst geode would be:

A sugar cookie ball that, when broken open, reveals marshmallow and sour popping rock candy in the middle.

Does that sound like something good to eat? I'd try it.

Nether Portal Block

Taste: A light hint of grape, varying in intensity with the swirls.

Texture: Hard to describe, sort of like a heavy mist as is. You could suck it in with a straw and almost get a full mouthful with a single block of it compacted. Has a fizzy after effect. Drinking too much will make you off balance, like how it looks when you enter a nether portal.

Taste: These look like they'd taste like vanilla, the planks would be a lighter taste, while the log tastes stronger.

Texture: You know the vanilla cream wafer cookies? They would feel just like those, light and crispy, but full of flavor
