Girl Time

@talesofkeepers Kalli hummed as she sat on the grass, woving flowers in a wreath. She was currently wearing civilian clothes. A long white dress or chiton and simple sandals. Her golden hair was pulled up in a braid. Not far ahead was a wooden cabin belonging to a certain redheaded witch and she could see her loyal eagle, Achilles, soaring ahead contently.  This was a rare of time where she was free and now she made sure to not let it go to waste.

Hosted on November 9th of 1889 in the Ilha Fiscal, an island in Guanabara Bay, the ball was the last great party of the empire, displaying luxury and refinement not often seen in the brazilian crown. Six days later, on November 15th, came the military coup d'etat that overthrew the monarchy and established the Republic.
