Currently it's 5PM of your day off and you're about to cry because you miss your lover. Honestly it hasn't been that long since you met him. You saw each other nearly 24 hours back. But those meetings has been like just some fleeting moments. And you can't help but miss him from deep within. Your week has been exhausting too and he cures literally everything for you.

It's still 4-5 hours till you can see him. You're not even sleepy anymore you already took a nap. So you just decide to do some self care. You put a sheet mask on your face. (And make a silly face with a pout for the selfie and send it to mingyu. Like Ofcourse.) You even do your nails. Then you get a silly idea to make a greeting card for him with a letter may be. You excitedly take a white paper and few colours, pencils,pens everything.

You draw a cute panda holding a heart. And write 'An I love you card' below it.

And put a cute letter inside it.

After that you eat dinner and wait for him.

You hear the keys rustling and know it's him. You've already done a lot of waiting so you go almost running to the door, your heart beating fast. He comes inside locking the door, when he turns around you're there already running to him, crashing into his arms. He let's out a surprised chuckle wrapping his arms around you.

"Hey there, looks like you missed me a little too much huh" He said closing his eyes feeling you in his arms, your warmth invading his chest and to whole body and his to yours. That's the most beautiful feeling and the very reason why you crave it so much.

You hum in the hug, clutching him tightly.

"I did and I'm not going to let you go now."

Then you look up and he sees your face and eyes, it looks like you're about to cry. Eyes teary while looking up at him and a small pout. He coos at you, instantly holding your face in his hands. "Aww my baby, what happened I'm here now aren't I hmm" He says wiping the corners of your eyes.

You lean into his touch. "I don't know..you made me cry." You pout harder and he leans down to peck your pout. Once, twice. "Don't say that.. what did I do?" He asks pouting back.

You look everywhere moving your eyes as if thinking of something to say. "You were just saying anything,weren't you?" He giggles now that he has figured you out. Squishing your face in adoration. His eyes crinkling as he smiles wide.

You nod,letting out a laugh. "Yeah you know me."

"Mhm thought so." He says then picking you up. He walks to the couch in living room,flopping down on it with you in his lap.

"You sure everything's ok baby?" He asks kissing your head.

"Yeah just...missed you so much." You whisper in his neck,where your face is buried. He rubs your back soothingly. You pull back from the hug to look at him.

"Did you eat?" You ask tracing his face with your fingers. "Mhm I did with the guys." He says sighing into your touch. Placing his forehead on your shoulder. You caress his hair, hugging him tighter and kissing his temple, then ear and then neck. He tilts his head towards your neck and places sweet pecks on your neck too. You pull back making him look up at you, you put your forehead on his saying "kiss me."

And he smiles, complying to you without wasting a single second. He kisses you and you feel home again. He squeezes you to himself hugging you tighter so you know he missed you just as much. You share a few sweet kisses and then pull back.

"You know how bored I was ...I spent the whole day alone." You tell him.

"I wish I had a day off too baby, I'd have loved to spend my whole day with you." He says pouting a little, tucking your hair strand behind your ear.

"It's okay you're here now" You say giving him a smile and a peck at his nose. He scrunches it cutely with a chuckle.

" Oh wait !! I've something for you." You say suddenly remembering something. Your eyes a little wide with excitement. You get up so fast from his lap. You pick up the card from table and hand it over to him.

He takes it, his eyebrows furrowed in confusion but a smile on his face.

"An I love you card" He reads and looks up to you with a bright smile. "Oh my god babe you're so fucking cuteeee ahh" he says laughing while pulling you closer by your waist,so you're standing in front of him.

"You've to open it " You let out a giggle urging him to open it.

'There are so many shitty people in the world but I Met you..I have you..how did I get you? You're so lovable you know? And I love you for who you are. So kind,loving,caring. You keep calling me angel but you are the real angel. Thank you for coming into my life. I love you so much. I'm writing this because you need to know this and also because I fucking miss you right now. Ok bye don't make fun of me after this.' ~only yours,y/n.

You see all of his expressions with each word,with each line he reads, he melts a little more. h

He tries to control his smile. He looks up at you with tearful eyes. Grabbing your hand he pulls you closer. "How are you so cute baby." He sighs caressing your hands, "How did you get me you say..?.. But how did I get you?" "You're so precious you know that ? It's not even my birthday or anything special, it's just a random day and you're here making me feel so loved." He's looking up at you with so much love in his eyes with a sweet grin on his face, which you love so much.

You chuckle combing your fingers through his slightly long hair. "Baby, it's just me saying I love you in a silly way,it's nothing special.it's just a card."

"Well it is special to me." He says pulling you on his lap again. "And I'm going to cherish it forever, I'll keep it safe with me...thank you." "And I love you too by the way." He says grinning wide,giving you a peck on the lips.

"And I was going to do something special to tell you this or may be I should have asked you before doing this but.." He sighs.." I don't know I just love you so much and I want you to know, I want you with me always. So.." He takes a breath to prepare himself. He fishes out keys from his pocket. "I've been carrying these around since a week." He chuckles nervously, while your heart is beating fast.

"I know I should have probably asked you before doing this, but I just ..I wanted to do it for us ...so ..I bought an apartment for us . It's registered under both of our names."

You gasp "gyuu-" your eyes wide.

"I-I know baby ..it's a big step but ...will you move in with me baby?" He asks finally. "You know that I want a future with you right? For me You're my one and only." He says clutching your hands in his.

You finally let out a sob mixed with a watery laugh. Nodding furiously you say "You're my one and only too gyu. Shit I didn't know you'd do something like this ..but I've thought about this almost daily, when I want you to hold me to sleep. When I want to see you as soon as I open my eyes in the morning. Fuck you don't know how much I miss you when we can't meet or whenever I have to sleep alone." You sniffle and he's wiping your tears, nodding along with whatever you're saying.

"It's a little scary but I trust you with my whole life, so yes I'd very much love to move in with you."

His puppy eyes slowly get bigger in size as he gets happy "Really? Oh my god...I love youuu" He says getting up with you, spinning you.

"Oh my god you're going to make us fall..slow down." You laugh as his giggles fill the room. He stops putting you down on the ground.

"Is tomorrow ok with you? I want to show you the place first then we can decide the rest." He asks. "Yes." You say becoming a blushing mess making him coo at you.

a/n: idk if this is any good but i wrote this in June, finally finished it. Also im sorry for making you wait for 'I hate you not' series.it's also halfway done but it'll take a lot of time for me to actually post it. Author's note: This idea has been swimming in my mind since 2 days so I decided to write it down and post it :)

Part 1

Chan being the bright extrovert he is came into your life and kind of adopted you, i.e made you live and enjoy your life openly,he always understood you,always made you laugh like the comedian he is,is always so considerate of you and tried to blend you in real life out of both of your busy lives.

And he was so lovely so cute how could you not fall for him. It's been two years of you knowing him and you've always reminded yourself like a warning since then that don't fall for him, you knew all the risks of it also you knew he sees you as nothing but bestfriend. Of course your mind wondered on the 'what if?' path but all your hopes crumbled whenever he asked you about some advices whenever he likes someone , whenever he showed you the girl he likes.

So you can say you're working on it, you feel it's unfair that you see your bestfriend that way it somehow feels wrong. Despite everything every feeling you support him the most. You wish only best things for him you'd want nothing but happiness to come his way .

So yeah you're trying to move on from your feelings..you never let them take a full form of love you always kept denying them whenever they started to kick in ... in the moments where he talks for hours with stars in his eyes with that adorable smile on his lips..then you remember you have to try harder.

On the other hand there's mingyu.

You guys aren't that close but have met each other through the parties and all by chan and few of the other members . You've met all of them, they know you as well of course their maknae talks about his amazing bestfriend with them so they know.

Mingyu has seen you, observed you, heard about you from chan in these 2 years. And he doesn't even know when it started but he feels a pull at his heart whenever he sees you. He finds you adorable the way you smile ,the way you laugh and how your eyes disappear while doing so...it's safe to say he's sure he likes you. He doesn't know how to say it to you coz obviously you guys aren't that close.

He hangs out with chan pretty often coz they're the drinker duo out of them as the members say.

It's a day like that when he asks dino about you.

"how is y/n?" Mingyu tried asking as casually as he can. Chan was filling their glasses then he replied "yeah she's good I just met her yesterday"

Mingyu decides to be direct it's just his little brother anyway so he asks " Chan do you like her? Are you guys like a thing?" Chan almost chokes on his soju "Noooo hyungg what are you saying, I know we look so close but we're just bestfriends nothing else, I've never thought of her like that and I bet she hasn't either."

Mingyu raises a brow at that "How can you be so sure what if she likes you?", Chan shakes his head " No hyung I'd know I'm her bestfriend it's nothing like that chill ...why are you asking anyway"

Mingyu is looking at his glass shaking it in circular motions chan observes him for a second and screams "OH MY GOD YOU LIKE HER DON'T YOU? WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL MEEEE" Mingyu scolds him for screaming so loud "Why are you screaming omg, and uh what if I say yes what if I like her? Like is she single ? Do you think you can do anything about this?..."

Mingyu is blabbering so chan shuts him off, "ok yeah I'm so happy to hear that you can't imagine and don't worry she's single I could set you two up oh my god I can't believe..." This time mingyu stops him ,"ok ok calm down you're going too ahead right now we don't even know if she'd be interested."

Chan assures him , "Hyung don't you trust your brother ? Don't worry leave it all on me."

You: Why your yo sounds so excited chan? Should I be scared?

Dinosaur 🦖: Oh you finally replied..are you free to talk now should I talk??

You: yeah going home I'm in taxi

Dinosaur 🦖: ok so remember how you always cry about being single and I tell you you should date people and then you tell me good people are so rare and all

You: Dude why you attacking me like that wtf are you saying

Dinosaur 🦖: I've a good person for you,I've a good offer and you can't say no.

You sighed, you knew he won't stay still until you say yes to whatever his offer is ..also you promised yourself you'll move on you'll think about your happiness you don't want to drown in self pity.

So you decide to say yes.

You: FINEEE... Atleast tell me what your offer is who that person is

Dinosaur 🦖: You said yessss ilyyyy😭🕺🏻❤️also yes the offer.. it's a blind date and the person is someone very nice and handsome and may be your type that's all you're getting. Be at Heaven's cloud cafe on 7PM Saturday and don't be late

You: Do i know him?

You: whateverrrr also you didn't even ask if I'll be free and you planned everything ?? Wahh that's so rude btw

Dinosaur 🦖: It's weekend and you don't have any other cool fun friends other than me so yeah ik you'll be at home stuffing your mouth with fries and watching dramas

You huffed at his reply

You: I regret saying yes now😃

Dinosaur 🦖: you don't have any other choice also on Sunday my treat because now I feel bad for attacking you with facts it was a lil harsh

You : You just meet me I'll turn you into pulp you better be prepared

Dinosaur 🦖 : 🤣🤣will see also go home safely and don't be too nervous for the date and I'm right here if you need anything ok?

You: yeah ok bye will see you if I stay alive after all the anxiety I'm gonna go through tomorrow

You sighed as you reached home ...you feel more tired suddenly ..it's been a long time since you went on any date infact you haven't even had your first boyfriend yet ...just some failed dates so your anxiety will eat you up real good for tomorrow's date . Tho the fact that it's a blind date is somehow relieving to you like you don't know that person and chan says he's a nice one so you hope it'll go well.

It's Saturday and for the whole day you're thinking about the blind date, the nervousness has started to kick in. You decided on a comfortable yet pretty outfit which is pistachio green blouse & below knee skirt and a white fluffy jacket. Cherry red lipstick and very light make up.

Chan called you earlier to check up on you he knew you'd be anxious, you couldn't help but the thoughts bubbled up "is he as good as you're?" "Will he care about me the way you do? "

You had an inner battle over this you tried preparing yourself for the date but then your girl bestfriend back home called you ..you had told her everything ofcourse she knows everything she's the only one who also knows about your crush on your bestfriend.

She encouraged you to go on that date and reminded you how you deserved it how much you needed it so yes you made up your mind again and got ready for the date.

Part 6

It's finally the day. You're going to meet mingyu for the meal you planned.

You had asked chan earlier about places where you can take mingyu to, because obviously he's an idol and they don't have much privacy, and ofcourse he can't be seen outside with a girl . With chan also you guys have specific places to go to where you know it's safe and no one would trouble you. So you've found a place and you guys had decided on the timings and all.

The thing is you keep telling yourself this is not a date, so you have been very confused about what kind of outfit you should wear. If you wear a pretty dress it'll look like a date but you also want to look pretty. You're in a huge dilemma.

Atlast you ended up wearing a balloon sleeved knee length white dress with dangling silver/diamond earrings,silver pendant,bracelet, a red shade of lipstick and your usual light make up routine and also a very very pretty hairstyle. And you hope this is not too much for your so called non-date meal.

Mingyu has been waiting for this day for a whole week and he just can't wait to see you.

He's wearing a black tshirt, a black blazer over it and black trousers, also a thick silver neck chain.

This time he's the one who's early. And the moment you enter the restaurant and spot him, your eyes lock..he stands up from where he's sitting, he feels a little lost now, eyes blown wide,mouth agape,he looks mesmerized, his ability to speak may not work for a few minutes he thinks...

You're no different coz fuck he looks so good.. so handsome. You were frozen for a few seconds before you walk towards him.

You are suddenly so shy, "um.. hii Mingyu-"

He comes back to the present, shaking his head a little

"Y/n...hey..you look ..you look gorgeous. " He says giving you a smile.

You blush looking anywhere but at him. "Thank you." He comes around to pull out your chair for you to sit.

Then you look back at him returning his smile, saying,"you look amazing as well."

He places his hand at his chest and bows a little saying "thank you."  You laugh at his dramatics.

When you both are seated, you ask him ," how have you been?"

And he says, "good just been working with the boys it's good, how about you?"

"I've been good too..tired but good." You smile at him.

You guys order food and eat while talking, laughing in between. And then when you say you're full. He looks at you like 'you're kidding me right' cause lol you eat so little, your appetite is like that so it's normal for you to get a reaction like that from everyone. Then you tell him that you can eat only that much and he looks real concerned. He asks is it because you're on a diet or something, you assure him saying you've never done that, you didn't need to do that.

"Oh god that's why you're so small, you should eat more y/n ..like you gotta eat." He puts meat on your plate,eyes concerned, eyebrows little furrowed. "Atleast whenever I'm with you, you gotta eat"

You eat a little more because he scolds you when you refuse ...then you tell him you really can't so he stops.

You talk a lot. It has been so good so far, and he doesn't want to go home, he doesn't want to let you go, he doesn't want this day to end.

He gets lost a little whenever you smile, his heart skips beats whenever you giggle or laugh at his silly jokes, you crack jokes and tease him as well, it's like you two are in your own bubble detached from the world. How would he let you go when it's this perfect?! He prays again at that moment, he wants to be with you as long as possible, he wants to be with you so bad.

For you, it's not this common to go out and have dinner with someone and be this free and comfortable. It's new, it's very very new for you.

You realise it's him, it's because of him. He has such a nice personality, such pure vibes that you can't help it, your true self just comes out, he makes you that comfortable for you to be yourself.

"Give me your phone!." He says while talking

"Uh..My phone? Why? " You ask confused.

"Just giveeee...don't worry I'll just use the camera".He says extending his hand towards you.

You're confused but you place your phone in his hand saying a 'ok'.

Then suddenly he's holding it towards you as if clicking your photos.

" What are you doing are you clicking my pictures?" You ask him eyes little wide

"Yes can I please? I'll tell you later why" he says.

"Oh my god why is there anything on my face?" You ask horrified checking if you have food on your face.

"Nothing other than beauty and cuteness." Ofcourse he takes the chance right away flirting with you.

You blush at that ..looking at your side

"Ah now I can see blush as well" he says sheepishly

"Just shut up" you say still not knowing what to do, he instructs you some poses and clicks your pictures.Then handing your phone back to you with a satisfied smile.

You look at the photos.." wowww these are real good..omg " you're in awe looking at your own photos with big toothy grin.

He smiles at you saying, " I know right it'd have been such a shame if we didn't capture you in photos today.. you look so good."

You don't think you're gonna stop blushing anytime soon.

"Give your phone I want to click yours as well" you say to him with a big smile.

He smiles back at you (that damn beautiful smile ) giving you his phone instantly.

You click his photos, instructing him the poses.

That brat adds his own as well, looking straight at the camera as if he's looking at your eyes giving you that damn flirty smile..you try to ignore it as much as you can. You give his phone back when you're done.

"Woah you click pictures so well I'm going to post these" he says looking at his phone smiling

"Reallyyy,wow.. thank you...I'll like your post then"

"Wait you follow me?"

"Ofcourse I do, I follow every one of you I know we didn't talk much before but hey I've known you guys since two years"

"Well that's good, I should've asked for your id then"

"What's the use my account is private and also you can't follow me"

"Do you think we don't have another private accounts"

"Omg you do?"

"Hell yeah" he chuckles.

He asks for your id and sends you a request anddd you follow him back. Then you teasingly say,with a mischievous smile,"omg I'm on Kim Mingyu's private account"

He chuckles ," come onnn "

you giggle at that.

He wants to say something he hesitates a little, "um can we- can we take a picture together ...I want to remember this moment plus we both look so good so it's only fair." He says biting on his lip, eyebrows raised in question. And how can you say no to him, you're blushing but you nod at him muttering a little "ok "

And then you both stand up he motions you to stand beside him and he's trying to click a selfie when you burst out laughing he's confused but looking at you laughing like that he can't help but laugh a little ,"whyyyy what happened why are you laughing?"

"Oh my god I look so small infront of you it's ridiculous..it's so funny " you whine.

"Well it's adorable " he says looking at you like you hung stars in his sky, with a dreamy smile on his face.He takes this moment to click a few selfies it's more natural this way anyway, you're both laughing.

You can't stop laughing so he nudges you with his shoulder,"heyyy stop come on look here" then you stop trying not to laugh..you smile at the camera, your cheeks flushed from all the laughing and the blush..because you're standing so close to him and it's just - it's just you don't know what exactly you're feeling but you like it ...you're happy.

And Mingyu..he feels like he's never been happier, your laugh,giggles, smiles just tugs at his heart strings bringing him these fluttering feelings. He really wants you in his life.

Then when it's time for paying the bill he's not letting you do it, you keep telling him that it's your treat. Then he says, "ok if you pay now,next time you've to come with me somewhere then we need to make a plan" you don't know what to say to that, are you going to keep going back and forth like this? You decide to agree to him and tell him "we aren't going to plan it now tho,we will see later about that."

"Well if you refuse later, I'll keep bugging you so you better not do it"

"Ok now let's go?" You ask looking at him and pointing at the exist.

"Uh- yeah.. let's go I'll drop you home and don't even attempt to refuse" he says pointing a finger at you.

"I wasn't going to anyway" you shrug with a teasing grin and playful eyes.

He scoffs and then laughs," yeah good you learnt it finally"

"Well what can I say, you're a better company than going alone"

"Geez look at you, already obsessed with me,you want to spend more time with me " he says tsk-ing, playfully raising his eyebrows at you,giving you a playful look.

"I could say the same" you shoot back with raised brows.

"Yeah and I'll agree to it" he says shrugging..

"You're shameless... " You laugh at him.

"Nah miss that's called being really honest."

Your flirting, bickering whatever it is keeps going while you walk and he opens the car door for you,then he stops the car at an icecream shop and brings out ice-creams for both of you.

"Here..we didn't eat the dessert." He says handing you the icecream.

"Wow and you brought my favourite flavour thank youuu" you say looking at him with a big grin.

"Oh so it is your favourite.. I just guessed because you ate it that day ..but I'm glad..eat well" he says smiling at you.

He drops you off after that. And says bye looking at you till you go inside,you also turn back and wave at him he waves back.

You're feeling so giddy, it doesn't go away even when you're going to bed. You keep going back to all the moments with him today. And as if to make it worse, you get a notification on your phone.

Your eyes blow wide and you try not to be so eager and wait before opening the story, but it lasts two minutes and you're opening it to see, he posted your selfie on his close friends story with a caption, 'I had so much fun🖤'

And you're smashing your face in your pillow cause your face can't stop that huge toothy grin from cheek to cheek,wtf is that human doing to you.

You reply him with 'aww me toooo🥺🥰'

You know you've started to like Kim Mingyu, he has caught you in the web of  his charms, that smile,that sincerity behind his every action,just everything. But you can't tell him any of that not until you're completely sure, you don't want to play with his feelings because you've already made your intentions clear at the blind date only.

Mingyu's prayers are working may be ..cause it seems the day he wants will come sooner than expected.

You still are a little bit nervous but you aren't a quitter, you're one confident women.

You checked yourself one last time in the mirror, throwing that confident smirk to yourself cause you damn well knew you look good, you winked at yourself and finally went to the uber you booked. You decided to go a few minutes earlier so that you'd get a little comfortable at that place, first of all you've no idea who your date is and you don't wanna go through the trouble and embarrassment of searching him through the whole place so yeah no you decided to be there early.

Chan that a$shole didn't even give you your supposed blind date's number saying "I gave him your number he'll find you ."

So yeah here you were waiting for him in the cafe. You noticed it wasn't too crowded it was rather peaceful.

On the other hand there's Mingyu he was also nervous but excited the whole day.

He had asked chan about how did you say yes, "what was her reaction?" "Was she weirded out because I want to go on a date with her?" But chan has been dismissive of him saying, "Just eat the fruit hyung don't count the seeds."

He didn't think much of that, he was just excited for the date. Imagine his big but smol puppy self jumping here and there being all giddy, thinking about you. He even told seokmin and wonwoo about the date.

After coming from their schedule he showered and got ready. A black turtleneck, a denim jacket over it and blue jeans.He sprayed his favourite perfume on himself, took his car keys while wonwoo was teasing him about the date he left the apartment with the blush all over his cheeks. He was so giddy, tho while driving few things popped up in his mind, What if you don't like him, what if it won't work out but you said yes to the date so he was counting on that.

He arrived at the cafe finally. After parking his car, he went inside.

There you were looking all pretty and cute sipping your milkshake. He went towards your table, you noticed him when he was near, he saw your eyes going a little wide.. he removed his mask and sat down infront of you.

"Hey you are early, I thought I'd be the early one . Did you wait for too long? " He asked with a nervous chuckle .

And you ....there was shock written all over your face, you were freaking out from inside. Chan that mf was so so dead he sent Kim fking Mingyu as your blind date , and never in your wildest dreams you thought this would happen. You thought it must be some friend of his but A MEMBER? A SEVENTEEN MEMBER?? AS YOUR BLIND DATE????? What the fuvk was happening right now .

You were confused as hell but you talked, " Mingyu ? It's you?"

Now it was his turn to be confused, "U-uh chan didn't tell you? You didn't know it'd be me?" He asked tilting his head a little.

"No he didn't, he told me it's a blind date."

Mingyu closed his eyes shaking his head cursing chan in his mind , "I'm so sorry y/n , I swear I didn't know that you don't know it's a date with me , I thought he told you ..I know it's unfair, if I know you should've also known it's me ..I'm sorry " he sighed.

You were feeling so many emotions at once, you didn't know what to say. You said yes to this because you wanted to move on but you can't do this to Mingyu.. out of all the people not him. You know how good of a person he is chan has talked about him always. You can't do this to him while you like his little brother -his bestfriend. He doesn't deserve this he deserves better,even if it's just a date.

"I believe you mingyu you don't have to say sorry I just-" you sighed ,"I'm sorry i just didn't think it'd be you infact I didn't think at all that it could be any one of your members ..that's why I'm so surprised."

He smiled at you, " well yeah it's me and it's my fault as well I should've directly asked you insteading of involving chan"

And just now your dumb ass is realising that it's Mingyu who asked chan for a date with you and that information is like a bomb to your brain you're shaking your head to avoid the effects of explosion, you're hoping whatever it is you're thinking isn't true but mingyu decides to speak seeing your inner turmoil.

"So uh I really hope you're interested in this date but if this is too much for you and if you're uncomfortable because it's me, we can go if you're not feeling ok I understand."

Now you're feeling so much bad he's being so kind to you.

"You are not making me uncomfortable don't worry but I could really use some fresh air I don't think I can talk here ..do you mind if we go out?"

"ofcourse we can,let's go."

Like the gentleman he's he insisted on paying for your drink and you insist on buying a drink for him, the least you can do is that for ruining the date.Also you felt bad because you didn't even ask him if he ate you knew they had schedule for the whole day.

You were walking on the street, it is quiet here in this area, it's even surrounded by nature , you both were a bit awkward but yeah.

"Are you feeling better now?" He asks you.

You smile a little at him "yes I'm ..thank you."

You stop at a bridge like place where wind is blowing.

He looks at you "y/n ...if it wasn't clear..I like you, I really really like you..I just wanted you to know."

He said it with such a genuineness with those eyes twinkling, your breath got stuck, your heart was beating so loud. You wish you could say it back to him but you can't ... Cause you like someone else.

"Mingyu..." You sighed "I- thank you.. I don't know what to say but I respect your feelings and I'm really sorry." You contemplated on telling him but you decided to say, " I like someone else...and I actually said yes to the date because I'm trying to move on ..and you don't deserve this.. so I'm gonna have to say no to you, I'm so so sorry" you got teary eyed while saying all that.

He kind of saw that coming.. your sad eyes your expressions gave it all away.

"it's chan, isn't it?

Your eyes widened and you don't know why instead of saying no and lying you say "How do you know?"

He gives you a sad smile .."I've seen you with him and I'm good at observing but I hoped I was wrong." "To confirm this I actually asked him if you guys are dating or something-" he was going to say something more but decides to stop cause he realises it might hurt you ..

You snort at that , "it's ok mingyu I know he doesn't like me like that." You look at him in the eye while your own eyes are teary ," Honestly it feels so wrong you know ..to like him-" he cuts you off at that shaking his head " there's nothing wrong in liking someone y/n ..get that in your head and hey I like someone too you know,even if she doesn't like me. See we're in the same boat if you ask me." He says it teasingly, you laugh a little at that.. despite his own sadness he's trying to comfort you.

"Hey now, are you trying to make me feel guilty?" You ask looking up at him.

He laughs," no I'm not I'm just joking."

You sigh.. "you'll not tell this to chan right?" You ask him a little scared.

"No y/n ..you can trust me, I won't say anything to anyone. Whatever happened today it's a secret between you and me"

"You promise ?" You look at him with hopeful eyes.

He gives you his pinky and smiles "I promise."

You hook your pinkies in a promise.

You think about how he must've looked forward to the date and you dropped all these bombs on him, you must've made him sad .."I feel like a jerk I ruined the date for you I'm so-"

"What are you sorry for please stop saying sorry, you didn't know it'd be me I'm feeling more sorry I must've startled you." He says looking at you because he really does feel bad about you not knowing.

"well you did startle me but you also don't have to say sorry ..Lee chan will pay for this, what if we both join hands to plan something against him"

He laughs at your playfulness, "deal."

There's a awkward silence then he says "we should go it's getting chilly ..I'll drop you off ?" He's hoping you'd say yes atleast to this.

You try to politely decline him but he insists and you decide to say yes.

It's been almost a month since you both started dating. And it's been so good this far. You've gotten very much cozy with each other. Dates, meet ups,spending time with each other any chance you get. You both make sure to make time for each other,to meet each other as much as possible, somedays are so hectic so you've to settle for calls or videocalls. Mostly you go to each others apartment, where either he cooks for you or you cook for him.

This time you're the one who's cooking and he keeps interrupting you because being the gentleman he's he can't let you do everything alone.

"Babe come onnn don't do everything on your own, let me help you,you know I like cooking anyway ..." He whines wondering near you in the kitchen.

"Yeah exactly and you need to be pampered as well you can't always do things for me, you've to let me do them for you as well." you say looking at him shrugging.

He pouts,"But I don't want you to do it alone, I'll cut these for you, lemme do atleast that." He says coming towards you,taking the veggies from your hold.

"Ok fine just this much and after that you've to go and sit there" you say pointing at the dining table across the kitchen counter.

"Okayy ma'am." He says shoving you to the side by nudging you with his side.

After he finishes that, he has a hard time keeping his promise to stay still. As you're cooking he's standing by your side, then slowly approaching to backhug you. He's hanging his head on your shoulders,arms wrapped around your waist and it's very distracting.

So you turn around in his hold looking at him in the eye and tiptoeing to smother his face with kisses while he's smiling ear to ear,hands on your hips. You pull back "this should be enough now go and wait for me, I promise I'll cuddle you later, I need to make food right now, I want it to taste good so I can feed it to you or else I will feel bad."  You whine and he chuckles at you,"wow that was a bribe?? ok ok since you promised I'm going, but I'm sure it'll taste good anyway..I love your cooking it's always good" he says placing a kiss on your cheek and going to sit back on the chair. You smile at that, he never fails to praise you or appreciate you.

Thinking about all the moments you've shared till now, all the "first" exciting experiences, There's still the most important "first" yet to happen. You are still nervous about kissing, you want to so bad but it's just hard,you get nervous.

The first time it happened - You both were teasing each other about something,flirting in between , you both were sitting on the couch and he had enough of your teasing so he leaned over trapping you with both of his arms on armrest behind you. His eyes had a teasing glint and as nervous as you were you didn't back off either you were bold in matching his stare, when he was close enough you smiled at him mischievously, pushing him back with a hand on his chest, saying "not so easily ,work for it." But thattt was for the first time only after that he tried giving you space thinking he really needs to earn it coz damn you're one kind of a woman and you were definitely not easy considering how hard it was for him to get you to notice him like he wanted..so he'll gladly wait, he'll gladly work for it ,he's anyway determined on treating you like a queen. You rule his heart so it's a given for him.

The first cheek kiss- He was running late for his shoot and you were scolding him, the reason being his immense love for your hugs that he couldn't leave you and got late ...in your blabbering he had come to you, placing a shocking kiss to your cheek that you couldn't even react because he went running for the door looking back at you laughing at your dumbfounded expression, taking you out of your trance "KIM MINGYU" you exclaimed after quickly finding your voice. You heard him giggling and saying bye after closing the door behind him.

The first time he called you baby - You were munching on snacks telling him about something so animatedly, you were so invested in it and it was so damn cute so he couldn't control it when he said. "Godd You are so cute baby , you know that?"  He had said with a giggle, removing the crumbs from the side of your lips, slightly pinching your cheek. You were frozen in your place, blush blooming on your cheeks."You called me baby" you whispered more like a statement to yourself than a question to him. He smiled "I did.. do you not like it? " He asked tilting his head. And you almost scared him when you exclaimed, " WHY WOULD I NOT OMG I LOVE IT SO MUCH I WAITED FOR IT AND YOU'RE MY BABY TOO!!" You threw yourself in his arms after saying that making him burst out laughing loudly. " Oh my god see you're so cuteee." He said laughing. "And I didn't know you were waiting for it or I would've said it since the day one itself." " MY SILLY BABYYYY MHMMM" he had said while squeezing you in his arms .

"And you're my big babyyyyy" you had said giggling, pulling both of his cheeks.

Today when you finish eating the dinner with Mingyu's constant praises for your cooking he again doesn't fail to appreciate you.

"I always cook for everyone and it's so nice that now I have someone who cooks for me specially." "Thank you." He says looking at you with a dreamy smile.

"You don't need to thank me baby. You deserve it. you deserve much more and I want to do everything for you." You say smiling at him.

"Stop you're gonna make me cry" he whines pulling you in a hug.

'I love you' the words echo in your mind. Your eyes widen in shock for a second then you close them with a smile.You realise it.. you love this guy right here. He's everything you've ever wished for. He's everything you've ever wanted.

It's crazy the confidence you've gained over him because you're not scared anymore, you're ready to risk it all for him and you know that he will not ever hurt you. You'll tell him what you feel the way he deserves to hear it. Right now you don't care if he's not on the same page with you on this one, you just want him to know how lovable he's and he has made you fall for him.

Your heart is beating so fast in your chest.

Little did you know he feels the exact same as you do ..may be he has felt it for a little longer than you.

When you pull back,you both are looking at each other like the world has stopped moving and it's just you two that exist.  He smiles at you nudging your nose with his , placing a little peck on your nose and forehead. And at that you're trying to tippy toe to reach his face whining to him about him being so tall. "See how can I randomly kiss you, you'll always know when I'm about to kiss you and here you keep sneaking up on me kissing me anytime you want ..I want that privilege not even kidding." 

He laughs at you "damn you're so serious about it?" He asks while laughing.

"Ofcourse I'm that's like my biggest concern ever" you say scoffing.

"Looks like I can't help you with that..but on the contrary..you just need to tell me tho I'll lean down for you or--" he lifts you up with his hands on both sides of you waist, till you're on the eye level with him.

"What do you say" he asks, the corner of his lips lifted up in a little smirk. And whenever he smirks you don't back down, you refuse to.... So you change your surprised, flustered expression and loop your arms around his neck leaning closer to him while keeping the eye contact with him, you touch your nose to his, pulling his face closer by his neck. "Hmm...this is nice." you say. You notice how his breath stutters, his gaze dropping to your lips...his hold tightening on your waist making a shiver rush down to your spine.

He sighs closing his eyes for a second and then opening them again. "So...have I still not earned it?"  He asks in a whisper. Again glancing at your lips.

You know exactly what he's saying.

You move to peck his cheek. Again pulling back to look at him. "You did baby.. it didn't even take that long ...it's just..I'm nervous." You admit with a sigh.

His expressions turn softer at that. He places you down taking your hands in his and squeezing them.

You're looking at him nervously.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier" he says.

You groan placing your face on his chest and looking up at him with a slight pout. " Because I'm stupid." You whine.

He holds your cheek in his palm shaking his head at you. " No baby you're not stupid.. whatever you feel is valid..Take your time we are not in a rush and we won't do anything that you don't want to do ok? So I want you to tell me everything, if you're nervous tell me,if you're scared tell me..how else I'm going to take care of you if I don't know what's going on inside this head of yours hmm?" He says tapping his finger at your forehead.

You sigh at him.. saying, "why you are so nice like keep this up and I might even kiss you tomorrow itself who knows." He laughs at your antics.

"You're so silly I love it." He coos at you.

"And if you love it, I love it more!!" You exclaim pulling him by his hands for a random dance out of nowhere. There's not even music but he's playing along with you giggling at your silly moves and then making you laugh at his own silly ones.

That day he prays to god again that he wants you with him for the rest of his life.

The next time you meet mingyu is at Chan's birthday party. After a month, because you both have been so busy, but you've been texting each other meanwhile and needless to say you're much more closer to each other than before.

You arrive at the venue and greet everyone.You didn't see mingyu there yet, and wonwoo is missing as well that means they're may be late .

Chan had told you earlier on the call that he's going to introduce his girlfriend to you and the boys today at the party and he's been so excited about it saying 'I've already told her a lot about you guys and I've feeling you're gonna love her,she's sweet.'

And when you approach Chan, she's there as well.

"Heyy, Happy Birthday birthday boy." You say smiling at him.

"Y/n you're here!!! Thank you." He says exitedly smiling, extending his arms and enveloping you in a hug. You hug him back smiling.Then you give him his gift, he thanks you.

"Yunjin come here.." he says motioning his girlfriend.

"Y/n this is yunjin my girlfriend and yunjin this is y/n my bestfriend.. " he says introducing you both excitedly and kind of nervously.

"Hey finally ..it's so nice to meet you." you say smiling at her brightly because she really seems nice and you hope she really is cause chan deserves nothing less.

"Hey nice to meet you too,he talks about you and the boys a lot" she returns your big smile.

"Yeah, they're like the most important people in my life, so you've to know them" he says smiling softly at her.

You smile at them,"And he talks about you too, he really likes you."

She blushes a little at that, looking at him saying"really.?... I'm glad to know that." Then he also blushes.

The party is starting to get crowded and more people are coming towards chan to greet him,so you excuse yourself to go sit somewhere, he asks if you will be ok.. knowing you don't really like crowded places and parties. You assure him you'll be ok saying,"the other guys are here I'll talk to them don't worry about me." you pat his shoulder and go towards a table. You sit there with a drink looking at everyone, these things are really not your type, you feel uneasy at such big parties, it was bearable the other times because chan was there with you to talk to you and all..and you're trying not to think about that cause one: it's his party and he can't be with you.And second: now he has someone he'll be with from now onwards, and honestly he can't be with you everytime anyway.

The other boys are busy as well conversing with everyone, you wished atleast mingyu was here but then you think what if he ignores you.. and your uneasiness just keeps increasing, you're thinking you'll just go home in few minutes. With having no-one to talk with you, you're feeling out of the place, like you're the only one different from the whole world. Amidst of your overthinking you didn't notice Mingyu entering the party, first he went to chan, greeted him and he spotted you straight away and was coming to you but people kept talking to him, he didn't get to go towards you but he's been noticing you and your nervous/ anxious state ...he thinks is it because Chan's girlfriend is here? But he wants to go to you and comfort you whatever the reason is...

You get up to go the bar for a drink to ease up your nerves. At that moment Mingyu comes to you patting your shoulder to get your attention, you flinch looking back.

"Did I scare you ..sorryyy" he says looking at you.

And you both stop for a moment just looking at each other because it's been a month and god have you missed each other ...You totally did...

" Hey...you're late" you say looking up at him.

"Why? were you looking for me?" He asks giving you a playful smile. He expects you to say no but you actually nod at him. "I was..I met everyone and you weren't there" and you just look so adorable and your puppy eyes are melting his insides. He coos at you saying aww and hugging you.And it was so sudden you didn't expect it, and looks like he didn't either cause he goes stiff and his hands halt at your shoulders, he's pulling back panicking ,eyes wide ,"sorry I just- I didn't mean to- I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable" he says in one go making you shush him. He can't make you uncomfortable..he just can't have bad intentions, he's the type who'd think about others a lot,more than himself sometimes.

"Noo hey.. you didn't make me uncomfortable at all it's ok... in fact I actually needed a hug." You admit, looking down, holding his pinky finger in your hand. He looks at you and then down at your hands. He quickly envelopes your small hand in his big one,stroking his thumb over your knuckles.

You'd have actually cried if he had hugged you any longer , you just feel so exhausted, your social battery is out.

"Hey look at me..are you ok what happened ?" He asks concerned.

"Nothing just .. I don't really like big parties and crowded places it makes me uneasy ..and also I felt out of place .. everyone was talking among themselves..and my social battery is kinda out"

Well Mingyu has seen you in parties before and he has noticed you're not really a party person, you always looked somwhat uneasy.

"Ohh.. it's not because of Chan's girlfriend is it? Like did you guys talk ? Sorry if I'm wrong." He don't know why he wanted to ask that, cause you did say you liked chan and seeing him with his girlfriend must've been hard for you, he thinks.

You look up at him shaking your head, "Noo why'd you think that ,it's nothing like that..we did talk chan introduced us and she was sweet, she's nice." "And besides I want chan to be happy, just because I had a crush on him it doesn't mean I'll be jealous or something like that. It's not like that at all and first of all he looks so happy with her, I'm not that selfish to think about myself..I can assure you right now the only concern I've about them is, I hope she doesn't break his heart and it works out between them cause that idiot deserves nothing less." You say giving him a little smile.

And he notices how you said 'had a crush' the past tense...blame him for focusing on that only.

"Ok my bad..but I'm glad to know that's not the case..I don't want you to hurt...in any way..." He says looking at you with such a intensity,such adoration.

You're blushing but you smile at that looking at him.

Then he says,"Also, from now onwards you don't have to worry about being lonely or uneasy in parties and all ..cause I'll be here and I won't leave you alone ..even for a minute." And god did your heart flutter at that. Because this means a lot to you.

"What if you're just saying it? " You ask quirking your eyebrows at him in question, but your eyes somewhat vulnerable.

He notices that and squeezes your hands,still stroking them.

He shakes his head with a small smile playing on his lips, saying "You'll see it then, I'll prove it to you with my actions."

"I'd love to see that then" you smile at him, you don't notice it but your eyes are filled with tears, they're not falling but they're there..and he just..he wants to make everything alright for you.

"I forgot to tell you ...you look beautiful" he says with a smile. "Thank you, you look handsome yourself." you say with a shy smile.

"I know right, I actually got late because I couldn't stop staring at the mirror" he says sheepishly making you laugh, that's exactly what he wanted to hear.

He smiles admiring you dreamily.

"Annoying as always" you say and he chuckles, suddenly pulling one of your hand to pull you in a hug, you place that hand on his arm,still surprised a little. He pats your head while hugging you, he guides your interlocked hands, placing yours at his waist and his at your waist.. and to you it all feels to intimate. And he's no different, his heart is beating so fast you can feel it..and he feels yours as well.

He sighs closing his eyes..he wanted to hold you from so long it's like he has waited for this since forever. He feels content ...with you in his arms, he has this urge to protect you from the whole world, he won't let any hurt come to you.

You hug for minutes and when you pull back.. both yours and his eyes are teary ..yours are still vulnerable. "What are you doing to me, don't do this" you say in a small voice.

"What am I doing?" he asks, may be he has an idea what you're saying but he wants to hear it from you.

" Being this nice to me, taking care of me and all this ..you've been nothing but nice to me even after our first encounter at the blind date."

He nods at you saying, "Yeah and I told you that day ..I've feelings for you ..I like you and I didn't do all this to woo you..I genuinely want you to be happy and well. I worry about you, I want only good things to happen to you and I just I want to take care of you..tell me you understand that.." he says with vulnerable eyes.

You nod at him saying, " I know you wouldn't do that just to woo me ...but what if I say it did work that way?" You build the courage to say, "what if I started to like you as well?" you ask tilting your head to side, looking up at him. He's confused at first then his eyes go wide . "What?? You're not kidding right ..don't play with my heart like that." He says with a small voice.

You shake your head at him squeezing his hand in yours "No I'm not kidding..at all.You did something to me Kim Mingyu, I keep waiting for you to text me these days and when you do, I get so happy and even tho it's Chan's birthday today, I kept thinking how I'll get to meet you today after a whole month..I kept looking for you today ...and god right now I hate you a little because you're making me say it like this but I want you to know that ...that I'm serious ..not kidding" you say nervously. And he could literally cry his heart out right now cause he didn't expect you'll say something like this to him ..not anytime soon atleast ...but you did. And he doesn't know what to say .."I - I- god I really like you y/n ..I can't believe you just said that ..I'm so - I'm so happy right now" he says laughing a little.

And you hide your face in both of your hands groaning a little, because you've never confessed to a guy .. and now when you did, you feel embarassed a little. He giggles at you, removing your hands from your face .. "Hey come on, you can't hide now ..not after saying that"

"Uh this is so embarrassing,it's all your fault I don't know why I always talk everything out with you ..I've got no filter and it just came out" you whine.

He coos at you,"Awww I'm sooooo glad I do that to you ..and you can't take this one back".. he says like he's threatening you, but he doesn't look like it at all.

"I'm not taking it back" you assure him.

He pulls you closer to him, " yeah good cause I won't let you." He whispers looking in your eyes.

And your damn heart starts doing somersaults, so you push him away a little panicked, looking anywhere but at him. And god he just wants to hide you from the whole world, cause you areeeee adorableeee. He laughs at you.."Behave" you say to him. "Ok ma'am" he says smiling at you,holding your hand again.

"So.. now what? We can't just say we're friends after this, cause friends don't confess to each other.." You ask looking at him nervously shifting from one leg to another. "Now? Now we date ..cause I'm not letting you go anywhere. Do you know how long I've waited for this day?! So ..Would you like to be my girlfriend y/n? Cause I really adore you..I want to take care of you and I'll treat you well....I'll prove it to you..." He says looking at you nervously. His eyes are holding so much sincerity in them.

And god this is the first time a guy is asking you out like this , and it is so intense with his words and those eyes it feels like he's proposing you for marriage, but it's just Kim Mingyu ..he's that charming naturally. Your heart is beating so fast and the fact that you're about to be in a relationship for the first time ..it's just- it couldn't get any better than this.

"I've one warning for you tho." You say with playful smile but you feel vulnerable inside. He notices that and asks you, "and what would it be?" He asks quirking his eyebrows.

"You can't break my heart." You say looking at his eyes, he squeezes your hand saying "I won't ,but how's that a warning?"

"Because I'll look crazy saying you can't break my heart or I'll kill you" you say groaning a little.

And he bursts out laughing at you.

Seungkwan smiles at you two. Mingyu looks at you saying let's go, you walk while holding hands.

You've a shy smile on your face you just can't look up, it feels so surreal. Meanwhile Mingyu, he has a big big smile on his face and when all the members notice you two and they give Mingyu all the teasing looks, he can't help but get shy. Seokmin has his hands clasped on his mouth in shock.

You try to be as nonchalant as you can ignoring them. But when you both go to stand beside everyone and chan sees you coming , you avoid his eyes as well cause you know you can't keep it cool if you look at him, he's gonna tease you a lot. You already feel tired thinking about that.

It was Sunday. The boys have their practice today that means mingyu and chan are going to meet. As soon as Mingyu goes to the practice room he spots chan but chan tries to avoid him lingering by seokmins side.

"YOU you fuvker come here right now-"

Mingyu tries to grab him while Chan's shoving a confused seokmin in between them he's asking what's this about ,what happened.

"This bastard told me he'd set me up on a date with y/n, turns out he told her it's a blind date instead of telling her it's a date with me"

"Ah hyuuung.. come on I tried my best for you two I had no other way i thought this would be the best option" chan whined

"Yah dino-ya that isn't nice, think about how he must've felt he was so excited to go" Seokmin scolds chan.

"Exactly my point ...what best option chan, did you even think about me? I thought she agreed on a date because she likes me as well ..did you think my feelings were a joke? Or am I that desperate that you'd have to lie to her for a date ? If I had known I'd find some other way to do it myself do you think I couldn't ask her myself? " Mingyu asks.. there's hurt clear in his eyes.

Meanwhile there's jeonghan, hoshi and basically all the boys staring at them, they heard everything obviously.

"so you went on a date? That too with y/n ? And you didn't tell us?" Seungkwan speaks for everyone while they are nodding along with him waiting for mingyu to answer.

"It was a first date I didn't know what will happen ofcourse I was going to tell you all if it all worked out-" chan cuts him off, talking with his eyes widened, "wait a minute..it didn't go well?"

"Then? " Chan asks again.

Later that night after your confession, you had the dinner, a little more dancing and a few more kisses until both of your hearts quenched their thirst and made up for all the times you couldn't kiss.

"You know...you really made me emotional today and it's not just the confession part, but the whole date, all the preparation you did that too all for me...you're the first girl to take this much efforts for me cause normally everyone just expected me to do everything,I was the one who used to take care of others always but you ..you care for me so much, from the start you've made me feel special...how did I even get you? He's nibbling on your lips, the speed turned slow now. And you're trying not to make any weird sound. You're gasping when he's teasing you with his tongue. "No what'd I do there I'll just go to work early it's ok."

"But I don't want to let you go yet, I want to spend more time with you please? " He says pouting at you.

But you're nervous it'll be like so many people there and it's the first time everyone will see you as mingyu's girlfriend.

It's 8:45 am and there are few members yet to come, but seungkwan,seokmin,jeonghan,seungcheol, hoshi,minghao are there and as soon as seungkwan spots you there's a huge smile blooming on his face.

You laugh and glance at mingyu who's smiling softly at you. "Yeah he does, he makes me happy."

You hug seokmin as well he teases you both about how you two had said you were going to be friends and all.

"Well it didn't work what can I say your friend is charming like that." You say glancing at mingyu with a teasing smile. He raises his eyebrows with a shy smile on his face.

"I'm not repeating that again." You say ignoring mingyu and dk bursts out laughing along with seungcheol. You laugh too and mingyu huffs.

"Great now my girlfriend's bullying me too." You laugh at him.

"Oh you're here ..hii how are you?" You say hugging him smiling at him.

"I'm good, it's nice to see you here..how are you? This hyung isn't troubling you right?"

Mingyu pulls you with him when they call him for the make up. You go there sit beside him, talk to him for a while and that man refuses to leave your hand.

When you tell him you have to go he whines. Then he hugs you tightly, " I'm going to miss you real bad." He murmurs in the hug.

"At night I'll come meet you at your place no matter what." He says pulling back.

After saying bye to everyone you leave. Mingyu has told their driver to drop you off he doesn't listen to you when you refuse.

You text him when you reach at work. The day goes by as usual, till evening arrives you feel more tired than usual and you have this weird feeling that can mean that your periods are here. And it's true you manage to go home somehow. You're so exhausted, hungry and you feel so sick. After arriving home you freshen up and then pass out on your bed. You're so out of it that you don't hear your phone ringing.

Mingyu called you two times and you didn't pick up either one,so he gets worried about you cause it's so early for you to sleep. He leaves for your apartment and calls you again, you manage to pick up this time.

"Hey thank god you picked up I was so worried ..are you ok?" He asks frantically.

"Mhm I'm not" And your voice is so small,you sound so exhausted cause the cramps are starting to kick in again.

"What happened are you sick?" He asks worried.

"It's my periods" You whisper.

"No don't need anything..and I didn't have any energy to cook" You say.

"Okay don't worry baby I'll be there with the food and meds ok just 10 mins."

And he's there in ten minutes. You get up from the bed taking yourself till the door,thinking you should just give him the extra key to your place.

You open the door and he looks at you. You don't look like you, you're so exhausted and pale.

"Oh my baby." He coos at you coming inside taking you in his arms.

"You should've called me, its past your dinner time" He says rubbing your back taking you to couch.

"Didn't have the energy for that and thought you'd be busy."

"I'll manage to get to you no matter what, please tell me from next time ok? I don't want you to be in pain like this that too alone." He says worried.

You smile at him replying with a small "ok".

He makes you sit on the couch, brings the plates from kitchen and now he's feeding you.

"Did you eat?" You ask him.

"I didn't, I'll eat after you eat and take the pills."

"Uhm enough I don't want to eat." You say stopping him from feeding you.

"Babe you literally ate just five spoons? Thats not enough come on a little more."

He makes you eat a few more spoons and gives you the pills. You lie down on the couch.

"What are you doing let's go inside sleep on the bed." He says and you shake your head.

"No we will go after you eat, don't worry I'm ok" He argues but you don't listen to him pretending to sleep closing your eyes, so he sighs and eats. You smile at him opening your eyes. You love to watch him eat, you tell him that much so he smiles at you.

After eating he cleans up everything, he scoops you up in his arms amidst your protest.

"You don't need to do this much I can walk."

"Shh you can but I don't want you to, you're in pain you need to rest." He says pecking your head.

You sigh burying your face in his neck.

"You smell good...I can just fall asleep like this." You tell him nuzzling in his neck.

He chuckles,"Ok baby we will cuddle till you sleep, if that's ok with you."

"It's more than ok with me, you feel so warm ..I don't even need a heat pack."

"Oh I see the medicines are working already..or is it me? " He asks looking at you wiggling his eyebrows.

You smile, " It's definitely you ...I love you." You say again burying yourself in his neck. And his heart flutters when you say that.

"I love you too baby." He says placing you on the bed and getting beside you on the bed.

He pecks your forehead turning to your side. Your eyes are closed. You place your hand on your stomach rubbing it, he covers your hand asking if he could do it instead. "Mhm I'd love it." You say sleepily, taking his hand and putting it under your shirt on your stomach. He smiles pecking your cheek and rubbing your belly. He's so warm and you feel so safe around him, you love the feeling of him close to you.

So you turn on your side snuggling into his chest. He pulls you gently to himself with his hand around your waist. He's rubbing your back now. You fall asleep in his arms and he just can't take his eyes off of you, he pecks your head a few times before falling asleep smiling at you.

You just fit so perfectly in his arms, he feels at home. With you he feels at home. And your feelings are no different than his. You haven't felt this safe with anyone till now.

Mingyu wakes up before you because of his phone ringing, he makes sure to not wake you up and goes to freshen up, he luckily finds extra toothbrush packets in your washroom cabinet.

Then he goes to make breakfast for you. He cuts a few fruits, prepares warm milk for you because you drink it every morning. And he makes some rice and some soup.

You wake up to the space beside you empty. You get upset for a second thinking if he left but then you hear sounds from the kitchen, so you know he must be making breakfast..you smile before going to freshen up.

You go to kitchen where he's stirring the soup.

"Hey how are you feeling baby? Sorry did I wake you up?" He asks after noticing you.

"Mhm I feel better now and no you didn't wake me up." You say backhugging him.

"That's good to hear...I really loved sleeping next to you and cuddling you by the way ...we should do it more." He says smiling.

"I think I loved it a little more...I haven't felt that safe like ever.. it was like I'm home."

He turns around at that.

"That's crazy cause I felt the exact same baby I even said it to you when you were sleeping." He says with big eyes.

You giggle at that,"You did?"

He nods at you pulling you in a hug.

"Uh are you going to work today ? " He asks pulling back from the hug.

"Nope I took a leave, I always do if it's my first or second day..it's the worst." You say making a face.

He nods, " You did good baby ..you should rest." "Let's go eat I made it yummy." He says taking the food towards the table. He makes you eat.

"Thank you for the food it's so good." You tell him while eating.

"I'm glad you like it ..eat a lot baby." He says smiling. You talk here and there while you eat. After finishing you give him the keys to your apartment. He gets all giddy saying he's getting upgraded as your boyfriend, you laugh at him.

"Also next time bring some of your clothes to keep here so you don't have to go shower at your place." You say pouting at him.

"That'll be done today itself I love it and next time when you go to my place you should do it as well." He says looking all excited. You giggle at him.

"You'll be ok right? I wish I could stay to take care of you." He says looking at you with a sad expression.

"Come on it's not that bad, you already took care of me. I'm better now just a little body ache nothing else..I'm going to rest the whole day, I'll be ok you go."

He gives you a kiss on the lips before going. He promises to visit later.

At 1PM

Gyuuu❤️: Don't cook I'm bringing lunch.

You: Babe you don't have to, i promise I'll order something and eat.

Gyuuu❤️: shhh I'm already on my way

Just like that he manages to take care of you even when he's busy. He comes with the lunch, eats with you, goes back to practice, at night comes back to your place scolds you because you made food on your own, then you both eat and now you're on the bed sleeping, looking at each other, his hand is on your waist, yours is in his hair playing with it massaging his scalp.

"You're literally spoiling me gyu ...you were so busy you didn't have to do this much today."

"I'm always busy Babe I'm used to it and taking care of you is my responsibility I'm just trying to be a good boyfriend. This is not spoiling you, you're yet to see what the real spoiling is" He says smiling at you.

"I'll treat you like a queen, you'll see it." He says stroking your cheek smiling at you.

"Well i can't wait to see that then." You smile while blushing.

He pulls you in for a quick kiss before the night continues to grow amongst your chatter till you both fall asleep.
