Another mini training in south - east Attica, but this time with Dimitris

My first solo training run would have been great if two things didn't happen. If I stayed home on Thursday instead of Friday I would probably feel a lot better than I already do. Running after being sick is one of the most horrible things ever for me because I can never breath and my throat feels like it's on fire the whole time. The second thing is I almost tripped down a hill. This wouldn't be a problem either if the city took care of the whole canal like it's suppose to instead of just taking care of different parts. Other than those two things I really enjoyed it and I'm never eating a disgusting, greasy omelet again and now hot chocolate makes my stomach hurt since I don't eat a lot of sugar anymore. Guess I just have to keep eating the healthy stuff.
