For people, like me,having multiple interests can be risky. Because once one interest has an upper hand, your present vision get distracted or attracted towards the other interest. ********* The other way, you focus too hard, you lose yourself. In the chase of our dreams, we often forget to check ourselves. Kalaam said once," dreams are those which you lose sleep for". But in contrast to that, I'd like to say that sleep is the most important thing in our daily lives. It is that period in which our whole body gets healed up. It requires minimum of 8hours, yes 8, not 6, not 7. Because starting from your toes, it goes last to brain. And as for good food, I'll use the two words of my last post... Choose wisely.
