These mini bacon cheeseburger sliders are the perfect party snack or a quick dinner option. They're packed with flavor and are sure to please a crowd. The combination of crispy bacon, melty cheddar cheese, and special sauce makes them irresistibly delicious.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crispy. 8 slider buns. 8 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup pickles, sliced. 1/4 cup onions, diced. 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat. Make 8 equal portions of the ground beef and shape them into small burger patties. Add salt and pepper to each patty. The burger patties should be cooked for two to three minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Cover each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and cook for one more minute. This will melt the cheese. Cut the slider buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster while the burgers are cooking. Put the mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl and mix them together to make a unique sauce. Spread the special sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the sliders together. Put a burger patty, bacon bits, pickles, diced onions, and lettuce shreds on top. To finish putting it together, put the top half of each bun on a slider. Take a bite of your hot mini bacon cheeseburger sliders and enjoy!
