Ace the Face!

"Birds of a feather flock together." We define our personalities with the DOPE technique—Anisha as Owl, Moulina as Dove, Pankhuri as Eagle, and Shivani as Penguin. Eagle is considered the leader, strong, Dominant, direct, results-oriented, quick decisions, and bottom-line focused. Owl is conscientious, process-driven, detail-oriented, logical, questioning, and organized. Dove is supportive, a good listener, relationship-oriented, considerate, patient, and consistent. And, Penguin is someone who lives in the present. Have a clear vision of the way that things should be. Take their commitments seriously. Are enthusiastic, upbeat, and friendly. Are stable and dependable and can be counted on. Are not personally threatened by conflict or criticism.

So, our team's mascot is someone who is led by an eagle head with owl vision in its eyes, a penguin's heart, and the wings of a dove.
