I have searched and searched but I just can't find it and I'm scared that it might be deleted. Its about Steve finding the Winter Soldier in cryo and discovering its Bucky, either pre/during/post the CATWS movie. I believe it was written between CATWS and maybe AOU, definitely before CACW. One thing that was very memorable was the author quoted text/files or mental orders in a unique format that stood out from within the story. Thank you for your time.

I've read a lot of Civil War fanfic that focuses on what happens After Bucky gets thawed out. But I've always been a little bit D:< about the lack of explanation for why Bucky froze himself in the first place. Are there any fanfic that focuses more on what happens between the end of Civil War and the End Credits scene where Bucky gets frozen? Ones that try to make his reasoning or motivations or whatever make more sense?
