Running a short thing for halloween. Git in here.

On a day of spooks and merryful dread, encased in steel and diamond a tower befell with a great thunderous crack.

And what a wonder it was to all! The giggles and laugh did not tone down for it was called a prank, a wonderful jest! And so it was that some dared the assumed pegasi to unnerve them and show them a real good scare. But when minutes passed and no one came out, the music slowed down and finally stopped: For it was then they realized, this scare was not one to be laughed at.

The guard was called and how many they came! Steel slashed and clashed, magic sparkled and crackled, and the ponies kept coming until the tower was well watched.

Three of them entered it, to seek those who'd been lost: An unicorn, wistful and sharp, an earth pony, witty and slick, and an hippogriff, wondering and sanguine.

(To avoid confusion: No, I won't take replies in the form of tumblr asks. Git in there)
